The massages were really great. It was obvious that the masseuses were professional, both my partner and I really enjoyed ourselves. The cleanliness was poor - dirty wine glasses, my husband received a white robe with stains and from there I simply decided to close my eyes and ignore the cleanliness and enjoy the moment. During the massage, the door opened several times, probably a malfunction in the mechanism - I really hope that was it and that they were not trying to get in. When I closed their way in the Ramada, it was great, I hope I will be able to have this level of hospitality again.

The hotel was perfect and the reception staff were very nice as soon as they heard it was my birthday they specially opened the bar to have fun with us! Highly recommend also excellent breakfast

Good afternoon, yesterday we were at the spa with two friends in the afternoon. Overall, a good experience, but there were things that were unfortunately less pleasant. Regarding the changing room and shower - the place was not clean, in our opinion the place was in very poor condition, had an unpleasant smell and the towels and slippers were not clean! There were stains on the fabrics, the same was true in the treatment room. Regarding the therapist and the treatment room - the therapist was very nice but with the touch, I was unable to relax. The pace was too fast, not gentle, and rough. I asked for a slowdown and indeed she weakened the pace but it was not refined and pleasant unfortunately. Yes, she loosened my muscles and there was thorough work throughout the treatment. But the overall experience was not as pampering as I thought it would be. The oil/cream was cold and unpleasant to the touch. Usually they heat the material before the massage. The room was not heated beforehand, which is a shame. The outdoor seating area was very cute and delicious. And the girl at the reception was helpful and pleasant. Thank you

The massage was good. Light refreshments of nuts, dried fruits and seasonal fruits, drinks and wine - excellent. The spa showers require renovation because they are old and uninviting. The towels are stained (after washing). One shower and toilet - inconvenient because we had to shower one after the other and it takes longer.

We were supposed to get water for the room, which never arrived and we missed it. There was a mistake in the booking and we got a shorter treatment. It was very noisy due to construction in the area. The overall experience was good but there is room for improvement and I'm not sure we will return. Thank you

A really good hotel, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the food is very good, the waiters and cooks are nice, the massage was also very nice, which I would have preferred more than 25 minutes.

Smelly sauna, I didn't go in. They said they would take care of it? I paid for what? Caressing with oils is this what you call a massage?! I came with back pain and came back with them. I left disappointed. I do not recommend you at all

I arrived for a day of pampering, all excited for a basic breakfast, excellent bread, a pampering variety of fresh cheeses, pampering vegetables, great coffee - the cups without a saucer?! No tomatoes!?! They especially brought me poachette cakes from the kitchen - I asked for a delicious cake they said they would bring but it didn't arrive I finished I went out to the lobby I talked to a friend on her cell phone, one of the workers was standing next to me in the middle of the lobby having a juicy and loud conversation I asked politely she took two steps and stopped, she was still standing close to me and continued In a very loud conversation, I asked again, I responded with a loud grudge, scolding "What's up? I'm talking too", the employee's name is Stav from there I continued to the massage room, nicely decorated and pleasant, but the sheets are carelessly laid out wrinkled, an unaesthetic and uninviting look. The massage was professional, a few minutes short The masseuse informed me from the beginning that she had a private clinic and she was accepting clients, at the end she offered me her services again at the private clinic, I let her give her my phone number, at the end I felt that I had to freshen up and also be pampered, I was not offered a shower, so I asked to take a shower, and if possible, shampoo was indeed brought Thank you for the treat, I hope next time it will go smoothly

Needs improvement in the service regarding the order. It took several times until they corrected the mistake that was causing the pain. It really hurt. I don't know if it was on purpose or not, but they didn't take pity on us. My wife actually had a good masseuse.

The massage was perfect. The breakfast is mediocre minus. The selection is not large and there is no reason to use disposable cups.

The spa and massage treatment was for my wife...she enjoyed professional treatment and excellent treatment from the therapist

The massage I received was painful and not enjoyable, and in addition I was left with internal bleeding in my back and pain for a few days ahead
