THE SPA - David Intercontinental Hotel Reviews
When I closed the package about two weeks ago, I checked with the spa center plus there is a possibility to shower at the end of the massage, and I also double-checked it with the spa itself. (Massage is set for 7 p.m., 50 minutes.) At 8 p.m., the spa closes. On arrival, she was greeted by Noy, the receptionist who was initially very nice, pleasant and service. Also the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa at a high level, the massage was very professional and the massages were very serviceable. but! As soon as the massage was over, and we went out for a shower (we went into the showers at 19:53), Noy came in and remembered that the spa was closed at 8 pm. When the girlfriend who was with me told her that we should take a shower, Noy's wonderful and wonderful services and nice escape ran out the window and in a rather sarcastic tone she said "So in 10 minutes." Well done, I didn't pay NIS 760 to open a clock and shower time and get organized. I'm not a rookie. I'm at David Intercontinental's spa. So the three stars are for each massager, and for cleanliness. Even when I was working in the spa, I let the clients of the last massage know when the spa was closed so they would not use the spa facilities but we never slowed down or caused any client to rush and made him feel unwanted and gone already.
