The massage was great. The public place is very crowded. I couldn't get a drink ready. The showers are very crowded and uncomfortable to get dressed and get organized if there are more than 3 women. The place is beautiful. The service at the counter is not appropriate for a place like this. Thank you.

It was really wonderful. We arrived from the north. They welcomed us with a smile. Everything was really perfect. It was a pleasure to reach you despite the long drive. In short, an experience that was worth the effort to get there. Keep it up.

Unfortunately, we are disappointed. This is the second time we have come. The first time there was a problem with the hammam and today, after they told us to wait half an hour for the jacuzzi, they told us to go to breakfast. It's a shame. Thank you.

The combined massage was very nonsensical and unprofessional, "caressing" even though the masseuse asked and I commented on the intensity of the treatment, there was no change... The secretary asked me at the end of the treatment how the coverage was and I told her my feelings, nothing was done about it from their side. In my opinion, if you ask and there is nothing you do with the information, it is really disrespectful and made me feel that my feelings and experience as a customer are irrelevant to them. I did a foot massage to improve my experience, which was very successful!!

It was very good. Anna is an excellent masseuse. She managed to relieve chronic pain in the shoulder and neck area. Afterwards we enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset.

Caution: Addictive! Once – and it's hard to give up? There are places you come to for treatment, and there are places where the whole experience — from the first moment until you walk out the door — makes you think about when the next time will be. I wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to three women, each of whom is responsible for a different part of the excellent experience: To Shir, the manager — thank you for the guidance, direction and attitude. You feel that there is someone who manages things in an orderly, pleasant and professional manner and makes sure that everything works as it should. To Kelly, the secretary — thank you for the service, patience and especially for attending to all the little details. From the coordination to the last details — everything is clear, organized and precise. Good service starts long before the treatment, and with you, you definitely feel it. And last but not least — Vera the therapist ❤️ Very high level of professionalism. After having experienced quite a few therapists, I definitely know how to appreciate quality treatment when I receive it. The attention, the investment, the relaxing atmosphere and the ability to make the body simply relax — make every treatment a real experience. Ultimately, excellent care is not just about professional hands — it is a combination of proper management, excellent service, and a therapist who knows her job. So to Shir, Kelly, and Laura — thank you for an experience that simply makes you want to come back. Just a little warning for those who haven’t tried it yet: be careful… do you get used to it quickly? With great appreciation, Yehuda
