Spa at a stunning boutique hotel, I arrived time and time again two weeks apart, the first time to celebrate a recruitment for a company and the second time to celebrate a recruitment for my friend. Both times it was perfect, the service at the reception is amazing and there is a lovely hostess who greeted us with a smile and explained to us about the spa. There is a stunning patio with a huge Nespresso machine, cookies, tea and everything you need. The couple treatments are performed on the 4th floor of the hotel's rooftop with a magical view and in a very intimate place. The spa is done like an igloo by the hot tub - there were a few dreamy hours. The masseurs were attentive to requests and made sure he enjoyed and were lovely! My friend and I also ordered food and ate on the roof - it was just perfect !!! Highly recommend for those who want a boutique spa with few people

All is well, since the hotel is in a noisy area, there is loud music from a pub / cafe downstairs near the hotel in the evening. And noise at night of some kind of construction truck or garbage truck.

We were very disappointed with the attitude and service of Spa Plus. We booked a massage for 12 o'clock. Our reservation was not delivered to the hotel. Waiting times are very long for a Spa Plus service representative. We had to because of a mistake by Spa Plus reorganize the whole day off (we took a day off from work), we did not get an update or even a simple apology from Number Plus. Luckily for us at Nordoi they were attentive to the problem and offered a solution. Definitely left a bad taste regarding bookings in front of Spa Plus. It is possible to make a mistake, but it is advisable to communicate with customers and make sure that a good solution is found. We would be happy if one of the principals would come back and give an explanation. Thanks

The spa is located on the fourth floor - on the roof and is made in a kind of unique and dark stone dome. We were not provided with pebbles in advance so that they spread within the dome itself. Perhaps because of the length of the massage (45 minutes), we experienced a light massage. There were no more people on the roof so we could sit quietly for a while. The shower and toilet are on the 1st floor and there is one toilet and one shower. You should take this into account. The service and staff were cordial and pleasant.

The hotel staff is welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The massage was of a high standard and one of the best I have ever experienced. I received treatment from a young and charming examiner and my mother from a wonderful caregiver. The hotel is charming. We really enjoyed sitting on the roof, quiet and intimate. Important point for improvement - it is difficult to have only one shower and one toilet for all patients.

The hot tub on the roof was not hot at all and we could not get inside. We were told to wait half an hour for it to warm up, we waited patiently and it did not heat up even one degree. We got mad and decided to go. There were no wardrobes to change clothes so we changed in the bathroom, there is only one compartment and it was not clean at all. The coffee stand had no milk and it took a long time until they brought a new one. The massage itself was really great, the therapists were very professional and pleasant! In short the massage is excellent everything else on the face, very disappointing and does not give value for money at all.

The massage was perfect !! After the massage we were supposed to go to the Jacuzzi, showers ... only in such wintry weather they forgot to mention that the Jacuzzi is outdoors, and it is not possible to enter it because it is cold outside. Not even a heating pad is next to it. Showers, we searched we went 2 floors in search, there was nothing, all the doors are locked, there is no directional signage. We gave up and left. At reception we were told that the shower door needs to be pushed hard because it is locked. Does not justify the money, certainly does not match what was said on the phone about all the facilities. Maybe more suitable for summer. At least the massage was great !.

Spa at a stunning boutique hotel, I arrived time and time again two weeks apart, the first time to celebrate a recruitment for a company and the second time to celebrate a recruitment for my friend. Both times it was perfect, the service at the reception is amazing and there is a lovely hostess who greeted us with a smile and explained to us about the spa. There is a stunning patio with a huge Nespresso machine, cookies, tea and everything you need. The couple treatments are performed on the 4th floor of the hotel's rooftop with a magical view and in a very intimate place. The spa is done like an igloo by the hot tub - there were a few dreamy hours. The masseurs were attentive to requests and made sure he enjoyed and were lovely! My friend and I also ordered food and ate on the roof - it was just perfect !!! Highly recommend for those who want a boutique spa with few people

The suite is in a pretty good location, there is private parking on site for the benefit of the guests. The hot water stopped working in the evening and the matter was taken care of by the principal, but the next morning the water unfortunately did not work again. Nice, not beyond that. On the roof there should be a coffee and drink stand instead of going up and down to the entrance floor. Also, only one bathroom that serves so many people, including all the brides and grooms who were there, we waited over 20 minutes to go into the bathroom and get dressed. You have to set up an additional bathroom / dressing room.

We were very disappointed with the attitude and service of Spa Plus. We booked a massage for 12 o'clock. Our reservation was not delivered to the hotel. Waiting times are very long for a Spa Plus service representative. We had to because of a mistake by Spa Plus reorganize the whole day off (we took a day off from work), we did not get an update or even a simple apology from Number Plus. Luckily for us at Nordoi they were attentive to the problem and offered a solution. Definitely left a bad taste regarding bookings in front of Spa Plus. It is possible to make a mistake, but it is advisable to communicate with customers and make sure that a good solution is found. We would be happy if one of the principals would come back and give an explanation. Thanks
