To enter the Olympic pool required a bathing cap, which I did not know before arrival so I did not enter the pool. My partner felt uncomfortable going in while I was out so after a few minutes, he left too. Too many mishaps on a day that was supposed to be fun. We will not be back again.

The quality of the treatment was good but one treatment room is next to the pool and very noisy. We closed a 50 minute package we only got 45 minutes in the wardrobes no toiletries we were not told and we did not get off the place. As I complained at the end that we did not get what we paid the answer was evasive and no compensation was offered. We were very disappointed with this.

Bad and unprofessional massage I commented to the therapist throughout the treatment time the room was cold and also the creams were cold and not pleasant to the body! We took a promenade and the lockers and lockers are down at the entrance .. It was not comfortable and definitely the first and last time.
