One of the worst places I have ever been to, no spa experience, no cold attitude service. In the double massage room, which was charged an extra 50 NIS for cold water in the shower, it was not possible to remove the oil from the body in a very basic shower! There was no hot water to make a drink in the refreshment area. The masseur himself was a minus. I personally will not return there and will not recommend to close friends / family

Except for the massage the whole spa was closed and no one bothered to announce when the deal was offered. Only when we arrived did we bring that there was a beach and pool of the hotel which by the way was blown up and I was not fit to receive an entry notice for the insulation.

We booked 4 massages at 15:00 and we made sure in advance that it was possible, we also checked if the salt water pool and outdoor pool were active during the corona, we were told that only a Jacuzzi and a wet sauna do not work. In practice the salt water pool was closed, so it was impossible to enjoy this salt water only on the beach. When it came time for a massage they asked to wait in the waiting room of the spa, the place was full and there was no choice to sit. The receptionist was busy with phone calls and sales of spa packages and did not respond, only two of the 4 massages started at the scheduled time, the third started with a ten minute delay. And the last massage started in almost half an hour. Needless to say, no one notified us of any stars. No Jew addressed. Any attempt to talk to the receptionist failed because she was on the phone and unwilling to look up. And after half an hour of nervousness and a feeling of despair we will see you enjoying a relaxing massage. Of course my family had to wait half an hour until I finished a disappointing experience, a sense of disdain for customers. It is more important for them to sell vacation packages than to take care of the customer who is standing in front of them and there is a problem.

Better in special spa places and not in a hotel
This is our first time at a spa that belongs to the hotel and may also be the last. It is not so convenient to be in the same place with the hotel occupants who come and go to the pools and the sea. The place was a bit noisy and kids come and go all the time. The floor in the showers is all sand and water. And the refreshment areas were not so tidy. The massage itself was fine but not amazing. I would not go with that price. Should be half the price

The massage by Tatiana, was really good. But !! I celebrated a birthday and booked a fun day with all the facilities, when in practice there was only a small outdoor pool. The pool was capsized, unpleasant and we had to leave. Disappointment !! Running out we drove two hours in each direction For massage and back. :-(

The experience began with us moving forward and waiting patiently. In the invitation I mentioned that we are celebrating and interested in a double massage. One of the masseurs arrived 5 minutes late and called my partner, I asked why we are not together? Instead of patiently explaining to me she shouted that this was what we had ordered and told me to go to the reception. I went to the reception to check and they told me that was what closed and I will note that they did not tell me at all in the order and did not offer to add money! Then she told us it was a pity that you went to the reception, you had 10 minutes of treatment !!!!!!! When we were early and paid the best of our money in such a difficult economic time! And she is the one who sent us to the reception at all and did not say in advance that it would hurt during the massage. My partner's massage was blay music in general !!!!!! The level of the massage was very low and they made us half an hour instead of 40 minutes when we paid 800 shekels for this day. Just a huge disappointment I would not recommend the place to anyone. Poor service and quality

Hello, the spa was great we enjoyed it, beach access was very good The hotel facilities were fine, but you must note that lunch was inedible, food was not spicy it looked as if it had stood for a while without cold, we took dry cake as hard as a stone in the bin , We just got hungry and so we went out, beyond that was all over. The showers are not treated at all. No clean, rusty door connections, no magnetic stripes between the 2 shower doors - in short - needs a little renovation .... The meal was great, with lots of choice, and lots of things in the mirror. On the day we were given a locker (tax cell, 60), but the nearest wardrobe was locked !! Why!! I asked to open, to no avail ...

We arrived at the hotel for a day of rest and relaxation, we were not informed that the hotel was closed for a family in advance, just a pity that at 1:30 pm music was played loudly and we could not hear ourselves. There is no small pool for everyone We had to be in dining room chairs. Recycled food from Friday cakes and desserts. Regarding the hotel we got lockers for keeping things out of the wardrobes we got a serenity disrespectful high lockers we had to ask people every time they let us down because they are at a very high altitude we will not return we do not recommend !!

Hello. We were yesterday and my wife on the anniversary of what was supposed to be a fun day at the Desert Hotel but to our great disappointment we arrived at the spa on time as we had set for 15.00. My wife immediately put in pressure with no time to drink water before or to get organized, we did not receive robes and shoes at all. I even forgot about it and only after I was contacted for a 20 minute delay did they remember that I also had to go into the massage which caused my wife to squeeze me and make her take her out of the spa. Simply disgraceful. It doesn't end there. In the middle of my massage, a power failure suddenly accelerated, the music went off, she had to open the door, the electric bed didn't work and half the massage I got in agony without music with an open door and background noises and people passing through the room. I paid the best of our money and we got shit of service with full fault !!! I asked the manager for explanation and compensation said she couldn't and everyone had a power out in the middle of the massage as if it was comforting with me. Don't get there !!! Too bad for your money !!!

Hello, I booked a fun day at The Desert Hotel, arrived early from the airport so that we could park the car, after being told that there is free parking at the hotel, I encountered a barrier that did not allow entry and made me walk to the store a long distance and pay for the day. In addition, when I arrived at the hotel, I was not allowed into a hotel with food, which I was not told at the time of booking, after the guards did not allow me to keep things at the reception, as well as allow other guests. After arguing with them they finally made it possible. When I arrived at the spa and took the vouchers Smag was listed 30 minutes, luckily I looked at the note and changed it to 40 minutes then I paid why to sting in such a way ?? There were no clean towels, only after about fifteen minutes of waiting I had to wait. The food was dry, so what did you expect until the evening hours we didn't eat anything?!? This hotel needs a serious improvement over its guests because I am not returning there !!!
