Our first time at a spa with breakfast. In the dining room, they called a spa representative to let us in, claiming that hotel guests had priority, so we had to wait, and the feeling was not pleasant. No robe, no slippers, no locker, no waiting area before and after, no light refreshments. There was no hot water in the shower. We both had fifteen minutes to get ready after the massage and vacate the room. We heard the masseuses talking from outside while we got ready and waited for them to leave. It was not a spa day experience at all. The only good thing was the massage itself, but we were looking for a completely different experience. Needs a lot of improvement!

The massage was good, the toilets in the massage room were sticky and rusty, the person who escorted us to the dining room scolded us for bringing people on such a busy day. Breakfast was busy, the dining room was dirty, the floor was smeared with garbage, and there was a lot of noise. It would be better to isolate the spa guests from the hotel guests.
