Order Status - Order Confirmations

I haven't received confirmation. Why is it taking so long?

It may be because your appointment is scheduled for a future date. Some spas only finalize their therapists' schedules up to two weeks in advance. No worries — we'll update you as soon as confirmation becomes available.

Can I change the date or time before the booking is confirmed?

Yes, you can change the date or time up to 72 hours before the treatment without any cancellation fees. A full cancellation is subject to the package's cancellation policy.

How will I know if my booking has been confirmed?

You will receive an SMS and an email with full confirmation as soon as the spa approves your booking.

How can I check the status of my booking?

It's easy — you can check your booking status through the personal link you received by email or SMS.

Why is my booking pending approval?

Some spas only finalize their therapists' schedules up to two weeks in advance, which may cause a delay in confirmation. As soon as your booking is approved, you will receive an update by email and SMS.

What happens if I don't receive confirmation?

If your booking is not approved, a refund will be issued to the card that was charged. In most cases, you will be offered a similar alternative, and you can choose whether to accept it or decline.

How long does it take for a booking to be confirmed?

Most bookings are confirmed within 24–48 hours. However, in some cases (such as bookings for a future date), there may be a slight delay.

Some spas on our website are marked with “Instant Confirmation,” and for those, you will typically receive confirmation within a few minutes.

Will I receive a notification when my booking is confirmed?

Absolutely. You will receive both an email and an SMS with an official booking confirmation.

What happens if the spa is not available on the date I requested?

We will contact you with an alternative option that is as close as possible to your original request. You can choose whether to accept the alternative or decline it. If you have already made a payment, you may also choose to receive a refund.

What's the difference between Received and Confirmed?

"Received" = Our system has received your booking request, and it is currently awaiting approval.

"Confirmed" = The spa has approved your booking, and the date has been reserved for you.

Do all bookings require approval?

Some spas are marked with "Instant Confirmation" — this means our system is connected to the spa's therapist scheduling system, and your booking is confirmed immediately.

Other spas are marked with "Booking Confirmation Within One Business Day" — this means your booking is awaiting the spa's approval and is usually confirmed within 1–2 business days, except for bookings made well in advance, which may take longer.

What should I do if my booking is for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and I still haven't received confirmation?

If your booking was made less than 48 hours before the requested appointment time, the spa may not have had enough time to approve it yet. We are doing our best to expedite the process.

If a confirmation is not received in time, you will not be charged. If you have already been charged, you may receive a refund, or, if you prefer, we can offer you a suitable alternative.

Redeem a voucher or coupon code

Why was I asked to make an additional payment when redeeming the voucher?

During the months of June through September, an additional payment may be required based on the updated spa prices, up to 90 ILS per person.

How do I redeem a voucher or coupon code?

During the booking process on our website, enter your voucher or coupon code in the appropriate field. The discount will be applied automatically.

Please note:

If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Add Discount Code" field.
If you have a gift voucher, enter the voucher number in the "Add Voucher Number" field.

Can I redeem more than one voucher?

No. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.

Can a voucher be transferred to another person?

Yes. A voucher is anonymous and transferable – as long as it is not redeemed.

My voucher has expired - can I extend it?

Depends on the type of voucher. Some vouchers can be extended – contact us to check.

Is it possible to pay partly with a voucher and partly with credit?

Yes. If the voucher does not cover the entire amount, you will be asked to make up the difference with a regular payment.

Can the voucher be used for any spa on site?

In most cases, yes, but there are vouchers limited to certain complexes – you can check this when booking.

Are there any additional charges when redeeming the voucher?

Change date for booking

Is it possible to change the booking date?

Yes, you can change the date or time via the Manage Order link, depending on the spa's availability and cancellation policy.

Is there a cost for changing the date?

Date change up to 72 hours before the treatment date – free of charge. Less than 72 hours there is a cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy (less than 24 hours 100%, between 24-48 hours 50%, between 48-72 hours 25%)

I changed the date – do I need re-approval from the spa?

Yes. Any change requires re-approval from the spa. You will be notified as soon as it is approved.

The spas that appear on the site with the icon have reservations with immediate approval - for them you will not have to wait for approval or for a date change - everything is done within a few minutes.

What happens if I change the date and then cancel?

The cancellation policy applies to the new date.

How do I change a date for an existing reservation?

You can easily change the date if your date is at least 72 hours before the due date
