Manage Your Booking
Some spas only finalize their therapists' schedules up to two weeks in advance, which may cause a delay in confirmation. As soon as your booking is approved, you will receive an update by email and SMS.
If your booking is not approved, a refund will be issued to the card that was charged. In most cases, you will be offered a similar alternative, and you can choose whether to accept it or decline.
Most bookings are confirmed within 24–48 hours. However, in some cases (such as bookings for a future date), there may be a slight delay.
Some spas on our website are marked with “Instant Confirmation,” and for those, you will typically receive confirmation within a few minutes.
Absolutely. You will receive both an email and an SMS with an official booking confirmation.
We will contact you with an alternative option that is as close as possible to your original request. You can choose whether to accept the alternative or decline it. If you have already made a payment, you may also choose to receive a refund.
"Received" = Our system has received your booking request, and it is currently awaiting approval.
"Confirmed" = The spa has approved your booking, and the date has been reserved for you.
Some spas are marked with "Instant Confirmation" — this means our system is connected to the spa's therapist scheduling system, and your booking is confirmed immediately.
Other spas are marked with "Booking Confirmation Within One Business Day" — this means your booking is awaiting the spa's approval and is usually confirmed within 1–2 business days, except for bookings made well in advance, which may take longer.
If your booking was made less than 48 hours before the requested appointment time, the spa may not have had enough time to approve it yet. We are doing our best to expedite the process.
If a confirmation is not received in time, you will not be charged. If you have already been charged, you may receive a refund, or, if you prefer, we can offer you a suitable alternative.
During the months of June through September, an additional payment may be required based on the updated spa prices, up to 90 ILS per person.
During the booking process on our website, enter your voucher or coupon code in the appropriate field. The discount will be applied automatically.

Yes. Any change requires re-approval from the spa. You will be notified as soon as it is approved.
The spas that appear on the site with the icon have reservations with immediate approval - for them you will not have to wait for approval or for a date change - everything is done within a few minutes.
