At the entrance to the reception, one of the employees was very unpleasant. And it's a shame because this is our initial interaction with the place.. We felt a kind of lack of respect for a question we asked and a waving answer as if we had disturbed her, not pleasant at all. One good thing is that the breakfast was actually delicious and varied. The spa staff is really amazing, including the treatment.

We arrived on January 31st for treatment, me and the girl, at 4pm. The voucher states that there is a sauna, jacuzzi, wine, hot and cold drinks, and fruit. Apart from letting us in for a massage and taking us out through a side door, we received nothing. It's really shameful that your marketing seems so disappointing.
