The massage was the worst I've ever had. The masseuse didn't invest, she did a favor by wanting to be in the treatment. And even after I complained pleasantly and understood that something might have happened to her and that was completely fine. They said they would get back to me and give me an answer but it was just talk. I had to call several times to remind them to talk to me and to this day I haven't received an answer.

Hello, I wanted to share with you my experience from visiting the spa, because unfortunately I was very disappointed. I came to you especially in honor of my sister's birthday, and I wanted to give her a fun and relaxing day, but in reality the experience was far from what I expected. First of all, the massages were very disappointing. My massage was somehow okay, but my sister's massage was really not good. The therapist did not perform the massage professionally and we did not feel that she really received the treatment we paid for. In addition, the pictures of the pool on your website/page created an expectation of something completely different. In reality, the pool was very small, more like a children's pool, there were a lot of children in it, and it did not look at all like an infinity pool or like in the pictures we saw before we arrived. For me, there was a very big gap between the advertising and reality. Even after the spa, we wanted to get ready, put on makeup and do our hair, and we discovered that there was not even a suitable mirror or a neat place where we could get ready. In the end, instead of the fun and pampering birthday I wanted to give my sister, we left with a feeling of great disappointment. I am especially upset because I chose your place based on the photos and the experience presented in the advertisement. I definitely think we deserve compensation or at least serious consideration from you, because the experience we received simply did not match what we paid and based on what we chose to come to you.

A basic lack of customer service, unfortunately. I booked a spa treatment for my pregnant wife. I'm in the reserves myself - she totally deserves it! We arrived after a huge effort to find parking and the way the manager saw it said - "We don't do it for pregnant women - it's up to you!" Although there was a secretary there who really tried to help but without a practical solution. In short - I understand and accept that they don't provide service for pregnant women (even though most places do) but instead of expressing a solution or even an apology and compensation - they just made sure to make it clear that the money wouldn't be returned to us and that we threw a few hundred shekels down the drain, in other words. It's annoying and frustrating that there are places like this.

My only comment is about the fee they are asking for the pool. The proposed fee is 120 NIS for a very small pool. I think the price and value are not consistent.

It was amazing. The staff and the secretary were amazing. They answered everything for us with a smile and generosity. The massage was perfect. We both fell asleep. It's about a ten-minute walk from the Carmel Market and the view is breathtaking. We only paid for entry to the pool (which is small in Ramot and has nothing to do with the pictures). They claimed there was enforcement, but there wasn't, and I feel like it was a waste of money. But other than that, it was perfect.

Excellent treatment from a clean and tidy top. We arrived for a fun day and at the end we wanted to shower and get ready for the restaurant in the locker rooms. Unfortunately, the place where we got ready did not allow this. It was very hot without air conditioning and a comfortable place to stay because there were league treatments and there was no air conditioning, so the final experience was disappointing.

We scheduled a massage at 1:30 PM, 2 therapists arrived and discovered that the massage had been postponed to 2:30 PM (without our knowledge) and it would be a therapist and a therapist. The waiting room is a sofa across from the reception. The snacks are one type of hassle. The pool at the hotel is not worth the 240 shekel extra.

The spa is excellent, personal attention from Ksenia and Olga and the girl at the reception gave us very personal and nice attention. It should be noted that we wanted to continue spending time in the hotel pool, so they gave us an unreasonable price of 150 shekels per person.

The breakfast was poor, the spa had an unpleasant smell, and the massage ended a few minutes early.
