With a little investment, it is possible to make the entrance to the complex more pleasant.

Spa 1000 percent. The staff are truly 5 star. Food 1000 percent. Unfortunately the pool is too small for a 17 story hotel + outside customers. Staying in the pool was more like standing in the water. Next time I will take a package without access to the pool.

We didn't have time for breakfast, we came from afar, it was included in the hotel's meal and not separately. We wanted to be in the pool instead, which was very small and uninviting. The massage was more like an unnecessary hour-long caress.

We arrived at noon for a couples treatment. First, the spa/hotel doesn't have a parking arrangement, so it cost us about 120 shekels for two years! Second, the spa is very, very small in its real estate, the drinks are very basic and not cold (water/wine/juices). I ordered a combined treatment and my partner got one massage and I got a completely different one! I have to say that a machine would have done more or less the same massage.

One of the worst experiences we've had. Simply disgraceful. We arrived for a couples spa day to relax and enjoy ourselves, and left feeling nervous, sore, and with car damage. Let's start with the main thing - both massages were simply shocking. The therapists asked both of us at the beginning of the treatment what was hurting us, and we both said it was our lower back. They simply completely ignored what we said. Not only did they not treat the painful area, but they managed to make us leave with more pain than we had arrived with. If this is the level of your therapists, it's better that they don't do treatments. The pool is embarrassingly small and doesn't come close to what you expect from a hotel that presents itself as a good hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. And the margarita in the pool wasn't a cocktail, but rather an expired Breezer, and the bartender was delusional and unsympathetic, clearly unable to explain anything about the drink. The parking was a catastrophe. There is no clear exit signage, and it's not at all clear that it's the same lane for both entry and exit. And one lane. Because of this, we accidentally continued forward and entered an area with a height of 1.7 meters, which caused the roof of our jeep to break. Instead of trying to help or even express some empathy, they simply shied away from responsibility and dumped everything on us. We also felt like they were doing whatever they wanted when charging for parking. We were told that for less than four hours the charge is hourly, and in the end they demanded 80 NIS for a whole day without any logic. When we wanted to leave the parking lot, a car blocked the only lane. The driver simply got out of the car and walked away, and the guard stood by and did nothing. Even after the lane was cleared, they still wouldn't let us out for a long time because the employees were busy with other things instead of taking care of the people waiting. And to top it off – there was a strong smell of urine in the sauna. This is not something that should be in a spa complex, and certainly not in a hotel that claims to be of a high standard. But the thing that annoyed us the most was the attitude. Throughout the day, no one really tried to help, listen, or take responsibility. Every time a problem arose, we felt like they were trying to sway us or blame us. We paid to have a day of relaxation and pampering, and instead we received disrespectful service, poor quality massages, a disappointing venue, a horrible smell, chaos in the parking lot, and damage to the car. It was simply a shameful experience. We will never go back there, and we will not recommend anyone to go near this place.

The place is clean and aesthetic, the staff is welcoming and kind, excellent therapists one by one. We really enjoyed the treatment (a group of 4 friends). The breakfast was extensive but lacked a bit of style for my taste. The hotel lobby is nice to watch the sea. I recommend it.

Cute sofa, staff and secretary are really cute and helpful with everything, but the pool is small and all the pool help is old and falling apart, food is okay but not varied, small buffet in terms of choice, 3 stars for me

We walked a lot, there was no proper explanation of the place, there was no parking, and the treatment was not good, the place was clean.

I didn't enjoy it. Spa needs improvement, pool not exciting, breakfast mediocre. I won't be back again

The place is clean and inviting, the service is courteous and pleasant, the masseuses were pleasant but the massage was average plus, needs slight improvement.

I must say that the therapist who gave me the massage at first was really unhelpful and unpleasant towards me. I asked for a gentle and weak force and she said she couldn't do it for me and at that time she did it hard and hurt me. I didn't enjoy her massage and it seemed like she was being disrespectful and didn't know what she was doing. Then she asked if I should do some stretching and I said okay and at that time she just shook my hands and when I said it wasn't pleasant she claimed that I was busy. That it wasn't her problem but me. And I wasn't busy at all in my body. She dropped my cell phone and laughed. She hurt me throughout the massage until I woke her up and left the room and left the hotel. She ruined the experience for me and it was my birthday. I left there in tears after the nice clerk and the other therapist who was having another massage realized to my heart that I had received a massage from another therapist who was amazing and helped me have a positive experience. So thank you for this correction. I hope this therapist changes professions if she doesn't like her job.
