The treatment was okay, nothing more. I was disappointed with the place. I chose it because there was a heated pool but the water in the pool was cold and it was impossible to get in. They said there was a problem but even after they fixed it the water was still cold. In addition, there was a blockage in the women's shower. I don't feel like I got value for money.

The pool had completely cold water when we were promised a heated pool and the sauna was completely cold, and instead of a fun day we had to leave immediately after the massage instead of enjoying the spa facilities. We are very angry and disappointed, especially since we paid a very expensive price and came specifically for the heated pool and sauna. Please contact us urgently.

My massage was really unsuccessful and very gentle, and I didn't get any facial treatment. It's important to note that my friend did enjoy the other masseuse. I really recommend that they be strong therapists because the place is lovely, but unfortunately I won't recommend it.

We booked a couples massage. My masseuse gave me a really painful and unpleasant massage even when I told her it hurt. My husband's masseuse gave him a really weak massage, focusing on his legs and was not professional at all. Not worth the price. I have experienced much better massages in other places. To the place's credit, we can say that the spa is clean and we really enjoyed the heated pool.

1. We were told that the pool was open until 6:00 PM on the phone, but in reality it closed at 5:00 PM and we didn't even have time to get in. 2. The massage was a surprise massage and a gift for the person I arrived with, and the receptionist repeated several times, "I'm redeeming the voucher you sent" (I paid via a voucher with a greeting that I purchased for 670 NIS!!) - what's the matter with the person I arrived with that I paid via a voucher? Why emphasize that? Where's the class and discretion? 3. Unfortunately, the massage was mediocre, but that's a matter of hiring quality masseuses. I hope you improve because you're supposed to be a luxury hotel, it sucks.

A quality and professional spa. We spent the whole day there. It should be noted that thanks to the spa receptionist (her name is Milan), the quality of our spa day was absolutely perfect.
