We must say that we had a blast! We go to quite a few luxury hotels in Israel and abroad and we were very impressed with the warmth, the service, the breakfast and the staff who provided service in the dining room, as well as the staff at the Milan and Lior spa, simply amazing! The massage was excellent, the pool was fun, the place is relaxing and amazing! There really is nothing like it! We will definitely come again :)

My husband and I had two excellent masseuses - Natalia and Orly. My husband usually doesn't like massages, and this time he really felt an improvement and enjoyed it very much! We were also greeted by a charming girl whose name I forgot. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

My massage was good, my husband didn't enjoy it at all, other than that - there was no music in the room, the blanket I covered myself with was really smelly and in general the level has dropped. We've been to your place before, and this time there's a feeling of neglect, which is a bit of a shame! We won't want to go back.

Orly is an amazing therapist and I will always recommend her to my patients. I knew her from before because I also work at the spa and she is a freelancer. She is very attentive and pleasant and did everything to make sure I had a good experience, especially after I told her that I came after a bad massage with another therapist. The pool water was amazing and pleasant, at exactly the perfect temperature for me. The only thing that bothered me was the maintenance in the women's locker rooms. They need to come and clean a little more because the showers were dirty with guests' hair. In addition, the left shower near the sauna had a broken hook. I'm sure you're aware because it's been like this since the last time I came at the end of January.
