Emily is a professional! Thorough and strong treatment. Isn't this a Thai massage?

There was no change for the receptionist. Instead of 300 shekels I paid 400 shekels. Not right at all.

The massage was good. The sauna was not working properly and we were really disappointed. They also said they would bring it every time, but in vain. Another thing is that there are not enough nurses in the spa for a massage. The two sisters were together because there were no available rooms and they went up to the hotel room. It is not respectful at all, it is not professional and it is not at the level that it is conducted. It was my birthday and we were really disappointed.

The treatment itself was fine. But the rest of the package was okay. Starting with the breakfast, the milk was expired, there is not a large selection, I recommend eating breakfast in a cafe and not in this hotel. Most of the lockers are broken, it took a very long time until I found a locker that I could use. The spa robes did not have the belt and robe tie, after I complained and asked, they made sure to bring me one... In short, compared to other places I have been in the center and the north, there are many, many things to improve. I will not return to this book.

We arrived early and planned to have coffee at the spa/hotel. The spa had no milk. We were admitted to the treatment room about 10 minutes late. In the first 5 minutes of the treatment, there was a knock on the door 3 times, the masseuse Gilad announced that he had been called by security to move the car. This behavior damaged the feeling of vacation, treatment and relaxation that we were waiting for so long.

It was perfect!! I haven't had this much fun in a long time, from parking at the hotel, to the welcome and treatment even though I was late, to the treatment itself. There's no doubt I'll be back again, thank you.
