Wow, Sophie was simply a champion. I've been getting massages regularly for years. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have constant pain all over my body. She simply worked wonders. The pain disappeared for a good few hours. I felt like she was breaking me down and rebuilding me. It was perfect and beyond all expectations. She's simply a champion. Thank you very much!!

The massage therapists were fine, the women's changing rooms were out of order (the employees worked there a lot) so my wife had to wander around looking for a comfortable and suitable place, an unpleasant experience. Adequate compensation is deserved and expected in this regard. Please address the matter.

At the facial counter at the spa, there was a girl who barely paid any attention to us. The therapist was 25 minutes late. The "refreshments" were shocking!!! Dry and served in a disdainful and unclean manner. In short, a big disappointment. The only one who was really charming was Shir in customer service who really made an effort to find us a place, 2 female reservists who were looking for treatment to relieve the stress from a long reserve period. We certainly won't be returning to you nor will we recommend you.

The bed was not clean with a moldy smell on the sheets. Too bad because the caretaker was good.

The truth is a disappointment for a spa, we set an appointment, they asked us to arrive fifteen minutes before and we entered 20 minutes after the time. The place is full of flies and not the cleanest. The bed is not comfortable in the interior part. The masseuse was great and did a great job.

The two masseuses were very good for what it was, I wouldn't call it refreshments, old cookies, soft and not crispy....I would expect a greater variety from a hotel. There was no green tea, other than that we were very satisfied

Amelie is excellent. The treatment was excellent. The lockers in the locker rooms are not in good condition, both maintenance and cleaning. It doesn't feel pleasant to put things there.
