We arrived at the spa for fifteen minutes. No one greeted us and there was no representative at the reception. No equipment was brought to us - a towel/robe.. only after we asked. We asked for lockers to put the equipment - there was none. We only entered the room at 5:05 PM. By the time the massage started it was 5:11 PM (the alarm had just started). The massage ended at 6:00 PM, exactly after I paid extra for the hour. The massage itself - was below all expectations, it felt like they brought maids to give us a massage. We simply suffered every moment - only out of discomfort we did not get up and stopped the massage in the middle. The massage ended - we wanted to go take a shower - the showers were full of mold and looked like showers in a mikveh. My wife didn't even take a shower because it was so disgusting and we are now left in Jerusalem covered in oil. We postponed the treatment two days before because of the security situation and despite this I received a reminder to confirm arrival.. It was not possible to update about the postponement of the treatment. It is a pity that there is no synchronization between the employees related to the matter. I have to praise the champion masseuse! I came to her with a tight back and crazy stress from my routine – and I left a new person. A very high-level professional, knows exactly how to identify tight spots and work on them in a precise but pleasant way. She combines strength when necessary and gentleness when necessary, and all in a calm, clean and professional atmosphere. Beyond professionalism, she is also helpful, patient and explains what she is doing as she goes – which gives a feeling of complete confidence. After the treatment, I felt a real release in my back and neck and a significant improvement in movement.

The caregivers Tamar and Ayelet were lovely! Professional and attentive to all our requests. The place is very clean, pool and locker rooms. It's a shame there's no jacuzzi, it could have added a lot. Highly recommend and of course we'll be back again.
