I am very disappointed that I asked to come and get a massage and there was no response. After they hung up on me, they informed me that the therapist who was supposed to give me a massage was not coming. I would be happy if they would contact me, Shindi.

The facial massage was perfect. The two women who did the treatment were very professional and very pleasant. However, the hotel's spa area is simply a shame. It's really not a spa and shouldn't be marketed in this way. Very disappointing. We won't be returning to the hotel. It's a shame.

The treatment was excellent and professional, enjoyable and very attentive! The secretary is very kind and pleasant. The conditions around the line were very lacking: there was no locker, which was promised in the reservation. So I had to take my bag from place to place. When I was asked to get dressed in the massage room, someone suddenly came in + even towards the end of the massage, they opened the door without knocking, and realized that the room was occupied. An internal lock could have fixed this! I left disappointed with everything "around" and it's a shame, the massage is expensive and the amount paid did not justify just a massage, without the surrounding conditions.
