I came to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. She was very much waiting and expecting. There was no car parked in the Minus 2 parking lot and we couldn't find the elevator, so we parked in Minus 1. Therefore we were not able to get to the spa on time. We arrived at 11:15 and after they signed our forms we entered the mass. We were not told that the message time would be shortened and we were not offered the option to postpone or anything else. In practice we received a very short message. The treatment itself was too strong and to this day I still have pain in my shoulder blades. We left feeling terribly sad. The person in charge said she would compensate us with a glass of champagne and fruit. The cows did not arrive... very disappointing!!! I would expect from a place that respects itself to take care of compensation and repair of the experience.

We arrived at the hotel and found out that the spa does not include use of the pool, we were surprised to find this out because everywhere it always includes everything, use of the facilities including the pool, we had to pay extra for staying in the pool, it was a little disappointing...

The level of services needs to be improved. I felt like a schoolgirl being scolded during the massage. The lockers are not convenient to use. The refreshments in the rest room consist of nuts and tea. I really wanted coffee and there was none. Two different clerks at the reception told me that I did not pay and after checking each of them separately saw that I did. He filled one, but why another one after that? unpleasant. And this is after I paid a week in advance. The massage itself was not pleasant for me and I was glad it was over. I will not recommend to anyone I know.
