Due to an error in the date, they did not allow us to reschedule the treatment, nor did they refund the money. The money simply went to waste. I asked them to get back to me and they did not. The service from the spa and the issuing company is simply the worst.

The service at the spa itself was excellent, but the service at the Spa Plus website was not at all. It's a really bad experience to book through the Spa Plus website. You can't get any details about the booking and the representatives aren't the most pleasant in the world... so much so that I wondered if it was really a person talking to me or a bot.

My partner and I came for a massage, the service was excellent but the quality of the massage was not good. My partner got a therapist who gave him a massage with gloves and rushed to finish the treatment as quickly as possible and the massage itself was not according to his request. After the treatment he felt pain and returned with a busy shoulder. The therapist who treated me was excellent and gave good, professional and respectful treatment. When we came to sit in the relaxation room the floor was wet and the therapists were eating lunch in the relaxation room, which did not give us an atmosphere of comfort. In the end, the price was not worth the package and it is not certain that we will return the next time.

The spa was under renovation, we couldn't use the facilities, we weren't given wine, cookies, and dried fruit. The therapists were fine. We had a couples massage in the same room, and one therapist ran to the oil station on the other side every time... It would be good to have another oil station. I asked for passion fruit oil and received almond oil. My therapist touched me and claimed I had a fever and said, "You don't come with a fever for a massage, it's a contraindication... And I didn't have a fever at all, and I didn't like that comment at all. Despite everything, we left a decent tip, after all, that's their job.

If you are looking for intimacy, there are not many people there. The massage is excellent, but the hotel is full of people and we were a little annoyed by the crowd. We paid quite a bit of money for the visit.

The spa was really high-class, clean, tidy rooms and a perfect atmosphere. My husband and I took separate rooms because there was no partition (he with a therapist, I with a female therapist). My masseuse was professional at a level, his was less so. He didn't enjoy it as much as I did and his masseuse wasn't at all as professional as he thought he would be.

The massage was good but the spa experience was not good to say the least. We arrived and were greeted in a rude manner, "What do you need?" and they did not explain to us where the changing rooms and lockers were, etc. But what was even more disturbing was the shouting of the reception staff, they were shouting at each other, which made it impossible to relax and enjoy the spa and the experience.

The spa was very good but the spa plus company charged me 100 sheikhs for using the pool but the pool was closed. I requested to open it and I still haven't received it. Please take care of this.

The spa is excellent, clean and tidy, the massage is of a high standard and we enjoyed the whole experience. One negative point is that sometimes instead of having a meal in the hotel's dining room, you can have a meal in the lobby instead, which was really bad for us and not up to the standard of everything the hotel offers, so be aware that you are having a meal in the dining room and not in the lobby - otherwise everything is beyond perfect!
