One of the most shocking and strange massages I've ever had! We come from the world of therapy and own clinics in Caesarea, I've never experienced a massage at such a low level. Because we know what it's like to provide service in this field, we would never complain or comment if we just didn't like it, it's far beyond that. The opinion was told to the staff the second we left the treatment, they suggested they contact us the same day but of course that didn't happen. We note that we refused to get our money back. Disappointment, disappointment, disappointment!

It was nothing more than a pleasant soup, unfortunately, my muscles are still tight and a little disappointed with the quality of the treatment worth 550 NIS. I expected to leave feeling relaxed and not with tight muscles.

We came to celebrate my birthday and with great anticipation for a massage. My partner had an excellent massage but I didn't. The therapist was lovely but unfortunately the massage was just not good at all. I was very disappointed. (In addition, we asked for 2 fusion massages but my partner had a regular Swedish massage)

Orit, the therapist, was very nice and the treatment was very pleasant and pampering. But entering the changing rooms afterwards ruins the whole experience. Extreme filth that doesn't match the luxury that the place is trying to convey.

The food was perfect. We were really disappointed with the massage. They did 6 minutes for us. Less. That's a lot! They let us in late and until they started. And they even said they would add a few minutes to us once they let us in. And in the end they finished exactly at the original time!!

The massage was not good to say the least. Both my friend and I were with the same masseuse one after the other and no matter how much we complained to her that we weren't feeling the massage and wanted to increase the intensity, she just said yes and continued on her way. Not worth the price and time and I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed at The George right after our wedding, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated, welcoming us with a warm personal note and a lovely gift waiting in our room. Beyond the thoughtful gestures, the hotel itself exceeded expectations. The service across the board was flawless, breakfast was an absolute standout, and the pool and bar area offered the perfect vibe—chic, relaxing, and never overcrowded. Couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind after our big day. Highly recommended

The treatment was bad!! First time I waited for it to end.. If you order the package with the pool!!! It's a waste of money, there was no place to sit there at all and the amount for a couple's treatment and entrance to the pool at a cost of 1850 shekels is insane when there's no way to even enjoy pool time, I felt like I was on a workers' union trip.. For that amount, they don't even give you water. A terrible experience!!

Disappointment!!!!!! Not professional at all, in my opinion she was not trained. I came to sit down as a groom, and I expected a proper massage, of course I would not recommend it to anyone!!!!!! Even when I left the spa there was no one I could update, I regret not leaving in the middle.

To be honest, we were very disappointed. On the way to the spa, you are asked to fill out a health declaration, preferences regarding the treatment, and are offered water or tea. There was nothing here. Beyond that, the treatment itself was of a very low standard. We felt like we were being pampered, and this was after I asked several times for more. I paid for hot stones, but some of them were not hot. Using them was not like I am used to, and I felt like I was being scrubbed with a stone, not soothed with its heat. When we left and told the clerk, she didn't even write anything down, didn't offer compensation. Very disappointing!! I expect them to call for compensation, we paid a good amount for fifty minutes of pampering.

I booked a package of massage, breakfast and pool access for a couple. The massage was less to our liking but the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty and overall the atmosphere was really fun.

Unfortunately, the massage was of a low standard, at the beginning of the treatment the masseuse told me that they had instructions to do a weak massage. The entire treatment I felt like she was smearing me with oil and nothing more. The movements and positions she moved my arms and legs were also unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed, it was my first massage after giving birth and I was really looking forward to it. The masseuse's name is Orit.
