To be honest, we were very disappointed. On the way to the spa, you are asked to fill out a health declaration, preferences regarding the treatment, and are offered water or tea. There was nothing here. Beyond that, the treatment itself was of a very low standard. We felt like we were being pampered, and this was after I asked several times for more. I paid for hot stones, but some of them were not hot. Using them was not like I am used to, and I felt like I was being scrubbed with a stone, not soothed with its heat. When we left and told the clerk, she didn't even write anything down, didn't offer compensation. Very disappointing!! I expect them to call for compensation, we paid a good amount for fifty minutes of pampering.

The spa is simply stunning, the atmosphere is pleasant and luxurious, the service is lovely and everything was at the highest level possible. We enjoyed every moment and left feeling relaxed and renewed. ?‍♀️?‍♀️ We will definitely be back again! Thank you for a perfect experience

I booked a package of massage, breakfast and pool access for a couple. The massage was less to our liking but the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty and overall the atmosphere was really fun.

Unfortunately, the massage was of a low standard, at the beginning of the treatment the masseuse told me that they had instructions to do a weak massage. The entire treatment I felt like she was smearing me with oil and nothing more. The movements and positions she moved my arms and legs were also unpleasant and uncomfortable. I was very disappointed, it was my first massage after giving birth and I was really looking forward to it. The masseuse's name is Orit.

The price of the massage compared to what you get simply doesn't make sense at all, the massage is unprofessional, they didn't ask us how we wanted the massage - gentle, strong, deep, plus there is no waiting area in the spa complex, we just felt like we weren't welcome there, there is no coffee/tea corner, not even a place to drink water, just terrible and horrible, don't come close.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the experience, especially in relation to the high price and expectations from a spa of this level. Upon arrival, the welcome and relaxation experience before the treatment was missing – there is no waiting area or organized preparation before entering the spa (we arrived 7 minutes before the start of the treatment and were told to go wait in the pool and return at 12). The treatment room is beautiful and cozy and the masseuses were charming and kind. However, we both felt that the level of the massage was mediocre and did not match the price and the level we expected. We have experienced quite a few massages in the past, so we have a basis for comparison. It is important for us to emphasize that the criticism is not personal towards the masseuses, but refers to the professional level of the treatment in relation to the pricing and expectations from the place.

The owner of the place welcomed us with a smile and full of desire, just enjoying seeing that she cared and that we were not another customer in line. The nurses were very professional and the place itself was pleasant and inviting, everything was accurate, the smell, the temperature, the linens. This was our most successful experience at the hotel.

A pampering hotel with small but comfortable rooms. There is a fair amount of noise from all the renovations in the area that disturbed the morning hours. Room service availability is not high... I tried to call several times because things were missing from the room and they didn't get back to me. In the end, I went down to reception and even then I didn't get what I wanted. They were nice enough to move us to a higher room with less noise. The parking thing sucks... I would have expected a hotel to include parking in the cost.

First I waited and came in about fifteen minutes after the scheduled time. Then a colleague of the masseuse, Defrahhopsht, came in and interrupted... The waiting area is not respectable. For such a high price, I would have expected a much higher standard. The massage was completely mediocre.

I'll start by saying that we had a male and female therapist and they were both excellent, professional and nice. The massage itself was very successful. But, it's my first time at a spa (and I've been to many), certainly considered prestigious and in a hotel like this, there is no waiting room with normal seating and drinks. The waiting room for the treatment room in the hallway is narrow on a bench, there is no comfortable space, comfortable seating, cold drinks, not to mention going beyond drinks, but cold drinks, tea are basic things, sitting down a moment later to drink and refresh yourself for a few minutes is very strange and unpleasant. It's a shame because again, the therapists and the massage were excellent and it's a very important part of the overall experience

It was excellent! The hotel is stunning, the breakfast is of a high standard - everything is very tasty and fresh, beyond what we expected. The treatments and therapists were super professional. The pool has lots of seating, so it didn't feel crowded. Good atmosphere at the pool, excellent bar. In short - a highly recommended experience in all respects
