To the management of Caesar Spa, Greetings, my name is Yael Gantz, owner of the company "Muse Productions", independent for over 20 years and with more than 35 years of experience in the field of events. I am contacting you following a family visit to the spa, from which we left with a feeling of great disappointment. On Friday, 10/30/26, I came to you to celebrate my youngest daughter's 20th birthday, together with my daughters and my dear mother, who is 88 years old. I ordered a 45-minute massage for all of us, combined with a tasting of a Turkish hammam, out of a desire to give my family a pampering and pleasant experience. Body and soul treatments are part of my routine and I regularly visit spa facilities across the country. Alongside this, as part of my work, I produce company bonding days, which also include spa and wellness days for employees. I have worked extensively with Caesar Spa in the past and have fond memories of the place. A few days before the visit, I contacted your sales manager (a lovely girl) to receive a quote for a day of bonding for a client of mine, who is staying at the Dan Caesarea Hotel. Since I make sure to get to know and check out for myself the places I recommend to my clients, the visit was also an opportunity for me to be impressed anew by the level of service, maintenance, and treatments at the place. Unfortunately, the experience was far from my expectations and the memory I had of Caesar Spa. Similar feelings also arose in a conversation with my daughters after the visit. I would like to detail the main issues: - Cleaning and maintenance in the areas where we stayed. The level of cleanliness was insufficient. The restrooms were dirty and an unpleasant odor was felt in the bathrooms. The missing grass areas at the entrance also contributed to the feeling of poor maintenance. - The treatment bed linens The linens felt of a quality and level of comfort that do not match what is expected of a professional spa facility. - Conduct in the treatment room In the room where I was treated, I saw the previous patient's bedding under the treatment bed. The sight made me very uncomfortable and damaged my sense of cleanliness and trust. - Smell in the treatment rooms There was a dominant incense smell in the rooms, which was unpleasant for me. In my opinion, it is appropriate to inquire in advance about the patients' preferences and their sensitivity to odors. - Amount of oil During the massage, a very large amount of oil was used, until the treatment became unpleasant for me. The discomfort was so significant that during the massage, I asked the therapist to switch to treating only the feet. At that moment, I did not feel comfortable explaining the real reason, so I justified the request by saying that I had eaten before the treatment. When I got home, I immediately went to take a shower to remove the excess oil. Beyond the personal disappointment, I was especially sorry because I had chosen the place to celebrate a happy family event and give my daughters and mother some quality time and pampering. It is important for me to clarify! I am not requesting free treatment or a refund. The purpose of this letter is to provide you with honest and detailed feedback, based on my previous familiarity with the place and the hope that the matter will be reviewed and addressed seriously. Following my visit, in the current situation I will not be able to return to the place or recommend it to my clients. I would be happy to review this again in the future, after there has been a significant and noticeable improvement in the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and treatment experience. Best regards, Yael Gantz

The massage was perfect and so was the breakfast. The other spa facilities were less so, like the sauna, the water was very cold and could not be heated, only one jacuzzi worked and the water was too hot? The sauna did not work that well.

The people are amazing and helpful, from the girl at the front desk to the nannies and the girl in the restaurant. What wasn't good was that the heated pool didn't work and only started to warm up towards the end of the day (which was already pretty late) and the jacuzzi next to the pool has no way of turning on the bubbles at all... other than that, it was nice overall.

The massage was really good, we were disappointed that the large pool was not heated as they told us. There was a jacuzzi that was super hot but nice and there was another smaller pool that was really good and pleasant. It was heated and not boiling. At least the Turkish bath is sometimes busy, which is super annoying, but in the end it was freed up and we went in. Needs improvement for the upcoming winter because the large pool was the most annoying... Breakfast I expected such a large payment for an all-inclusive breakfast that would give both hot and cold, but there was only one choice, which is super annoying. However, the shakshuka was delicious and the salad was cute. Needs improvement for more indulgent breakfasts because for the amount that includes it all together, it is not worth it in my opinion. For the benefit, for the quantity, it was fun, it was not crowded in the place because I was more relaxed and at a stage of being in the place, which is an advantage.

Very tasty breakfast. The spa facilities are clean. The place is beautiful. Very quiet and calm. The massage was just fine. It wasn't reflexology. That's why it's less than a star. Other than that, I enjoyed it very much. Worth every shekel.

I was very impressed. A pleasant, clean and beautiful place. The atmosphere, surrounded by the smell of oils and relaxing music, the level of cleanliness is high. The complex includes a dry sauna and a jacuzzi. The charming receptionist helped me immerse myself in the wonderful atmosphere. And of course the massage itself. The therapist demonstrated exceptional professionalism, treated busy areas, and managed to combine deep muscle relaxation with complete relaxation. I recommend it to anyone who needs a real time out for body and mind.
