אנחנו מודיעים מראש שאנחנו ספא בלב יער, זו גם היחודיות שלנו, הספא בלב היער ובחיק הטבע, אנחנו אכן לא שולטים על מזג האויר ולא אחת מגיעים אלינו מטופלים גם במזג אויר פחות נעים והם עדיין נהנים מחום הג'קוזי והסאונה.
באשר לאורך הטיפול המטפלים נותנים את מלוא האורך שעליו משלמים, כמובן שאיחורים גורעים מזמן הטיפול.

A therapist who smelled of cigarettes. She didn't introduce herself, she hardly said goodbye to me at all. I felt like another number she had to tick off. No warmth or personal attention. I didn't leave feeling like a patient or pampered. Yes, at the beginning of the treatment I said it was too strong for me and she changed the intensity of the touch. Yes, she recognized without me saying that there was strain in the shoulders and neck and worked there. As far as I'm concerned, the treatment was really unnecessary. Money that I regret spending.

I really enjoyed the sensitive and professional treatment, it was very relaxing and Medwick the therapist was great! Important note - in the middle of the treatment, the cleaning lady burst into the room to ask where the key to our room was, which we had previously returned to reception. It was very unpleasant for someone to enter the room while I was on a treatment bed, take me out of my comfort zone and disturb me in the middle of treatment for something like that.
