We arrived today for a fun day in honor of my partner's birthday. The weather is very cold, strong winds are blowing - this is an objective fact that is not under our control. But the whole issue of the stay is definitely under our control. And what do I mean? You are not prepared to receive guests to the spa during the winter. The possibility of staying in the spa for up to 5 hours is out of the question, and in fact, from the moment we arrived, we sat down in the relaxation room, which was perfectly heated, and waited for the massage that had been ordered. How is it possible to enjoy the spa facilities on such a winter day? Everything is open, including the jacuzzi, and of course the passages to the sauna, to the showers... As for the massage itself, here too the cold bothered and did not allow for real enjoyment. Naomi, the therapist, did her best, and my feet are still frozen, and the rest of my body does not enjoy pampering warmth either. The only air conditioner in the tent cannot provide adequate heating when all the walls of the tent are shaking from the strength of the winds penetrating the tent. I booked a 60-minute couples treatment, but it was actually less than 50 minutes. I would have expected the therapists to ask if there was a preference based on physical condition (we were not denied). Bottom line, I paid 860 NIS without enjoying our stay at the spa. Very high cost compared to the value. To be fair, you need to prepare properly for winter hospitality and not market yourself until you are prepared with closed, protected, and well-heated facilities. The restaurant made up for the disappointment.
