They didn't bother us in the spa, they bothered us in the hotel room and that's without prior notice and it doesn't make sense, I didn't feel comfortable and I wasn't impressed with the massage at all

Hello, in my order I specified a masseuse (girl) for a man, and a masseuse (male) for a woman. When we got to the massage, it was not shared correctly on the grounds that the girl masseuse does not give a massage to a man. This is certainly understandable, but if this is known in advance, it should be announced in advance because in the end I (the male customer) received a massage from a male masseuse and I did not feel pleasant at all.
