It's like it's divided into years. The massage was of a high standard, but not being on time was not good. Also, calculating the treatment from the moment we scheduled it and not really from the moment we entered was not right. They only gave me 35 minutes. The truth is, I knew there was really nothing to do, so I didn't try to complain or anything, but in terms of the treatment itself, it was a dream.

The receptionist at the hotel was lovely. Afterwards we went to the spa, the spa clerk was very welcoming, communicative and pleasant. The breakfast at the hotel is very poor and tasteless. It took a while for us to even realise there was an omelette stand because it was not staffed. The massage was very nice, mine was weak but pleasant. My mother, who is not used to massages, enjoyed it very much. The sofa facilities are very small, the jacuzzi, the dry and wet sauna and the changing rooms. Beyond that there is nothing to do at the hotel, the day of fun exhausts itself very quickly.

I'll start by saying that the service is pleasant and courteous, with lots of patience and helpfulness. The breakfast is excellent. The massage is pleasant and relaxing. The staff at the reception at the spa are courteous, charming and attentive to the customer's needs. We arrived months ago (in October you can check my previous reservation) to celebrate a birthday and now we're back again. Because it was so great. Definitely recommend to my friends.

We arrived for a fun day at the Leonardo Negev Spa. The spa is truly lovely!!! The girls there provide wonderful service. Bibiana and Arthur took care of us and gave us perfect, high-quality treatments!! A huge sigh of relief, we will return and recommend.

So this is how I will divide it into two parts. The massage was of a high standard. This is not my first time and I have done it in many places in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Beersheba, and I am most serious. You are the best. But the last time yesterday, Wednesday, I had a small delay at the base and on the face of it, I did not need to. I arrived relatively on time to your area, but all the roads were blocked. I parked really far away and walked at the same time. They contacted me and explained the reason for the delay and told me that you would come anyway. What actually happened was that the reception did not tell me anything. The therapists told me that we would have to cut back on time because you were late. And again, the massage was of a high standard. Only that I paid full price for 25 minutes instead of 50 minutes. I understand that I am at fault, but they could have told me, "Sorry, don't come," or that if you want to come, it is only for 25 minutes, and I would have already made a decision. It really upset me, especially since it was our wedding anniversary and I wanted to pamper myself a little.

The jacuzzi didn't work and no one updated. During the massage there was noise from drilling and renovations they were doing. I won't go back there again. Not worth the price and better somewhere else.

The place was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and rich. The attitude of the spa clerk was kind and professional. The massage therapists were professional and attentive. Definitely a good experience. We will go back there soon.
