The jacuzzi didn't work and the massage was unprofessional

It was great only if they didn't inform us in advance that the jacuzzi was not working so that we could decide if we wanted to come anyway or not.

We had a lot of fun, a relaxed atmosphere in the pool as well, it was quiet, the quality of the water was excellent, the spa, the place is inviting and pleasant, it's a shame that the jacuzzi didn't work. The massage was excellent. Thank you very much

There was one thing that really bothered us was that we ordered a 60 minute treatment and in reality it was only around 50 minutes on the grounds that the treatment starts from the moment you are taken from the lobby and that's not how it should be

I closed a spa for Valentine's Day at Lannardo in Beer Sheva, including the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was not active (according to them, it was undergoing renovations) the therapist who treated me was a kind of apprentice, she received explanations from the other therapist who did my partner and the treatment was not very enjoyable

There was no hot tub as promised!! Nice massage and breakfast no better
