The massages were excellent, it's just a shame that there are also small children coming to the spa. Hello, we visited your spa. We received very good treatment. One big minus is that you start a swimming class for children while the spa is open to guests. This is really inconvenient. The class should start after 6:00 PM when you close the place for guests.

As someone who stays at quite a few spa chains, I was very disappointed. The level of service is very low. The clerk is not welcoming and as a first time guest, as expected, I did not receive a tour to see where everything was and I had to ask, not to mention that I did not have a locker either. Unfortunately, the experience was average and below. Not worth the money I invested and certainly not the time.

The whole experience was simply wonderful. We really enjoyed the moment we entered the place – the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The massage itself was excellent, the most beautiful and best 70 minutes of massage we have ever experienced. The punctuality was very precise, which is definitely admirable.
