When we arrived at the spa we were surprised to find that there would be a swimming class for children. We had planned to relax before the massage but that was not the atmosphere. There was endless shouting in the background. The showers and toilets were dirty and unsuitable. The massage was nice but the general atmosphere was less so. We took a special day off and were disappointed.

My daughter and I arrived for a massage in a couples room. My experience was excellent – my masseuse, Donya, was very professional, with precise, pleasant and liberating touch. A high-level massage and I definitely recommend her highly. Unfortunately, my daughter's experience was very disappointing. Her masseuse (whose name we don't know) gave a weak and unprofessional massage, which felt like only superficial touches, without continuity or depth. In addition, she walked around the room a lot, going back and forth, and her footsteps disturbed me as well and damaged the relaxing atmosphere. It's a shame that a couples experience, which should be pampering and enjoyable for both of us, turned out to be so uneven. I recommend that the spa emphasize a uniform professional level of the masseurs, especially in couples treatments.

This is not the first time I've been there and it was fine, but this time we paid for an hour and a half couples massage. The masseuses let us go 15 minutes before. It's not clear why. Even though we told the masseuses this, they started arguing. Just as your time is worth it, so is the money we spent. Time is worth it.

The pool was not hot enough for the hot stone treatment. The stones were not hot, and the treatment was more Swedish than hot stones. The toilets and locker rooms were not clean. The breakfast was poor, the line to get seated was long, it was really disappointing. The good thing was the jacuzzi and the bar, the bartender was friendly and helpful. We will not return in light of the experience.

When I made the reservation, there were no two therapists available for me and my partner at the same time. Of course, we accepted the situation and decided to book anyway. When it was time for his treatment, I went down with him to wait in the spa until he entered his treatment. The girls there told us on their own initiative - when we didn't even ask - that there was a possibility of treatment at that time and even that there was one shared room. When we entered the treatment, everything was perfect, when about halfway through the treatment I heard the music stop and someone entered our room and started talking and suddenly my partner's masseuse said that it was not possible to continue the treatment and that there was a mistake and the manager told her to go out to receive another client! She stopped his treatment in the middle, my masseuse also stopped because of the small commotion that occurred in the room, the atmosphere was interrupted and it ruined the treatment. It should be noted that this is unprofessional and wrong and he didn't even receive an apology. He just waited again for a new appointment. My masseuse apologized and made sure that it didn't ruin the treatment, even though the entire atmosphere was ruined. Shame on the manager!
