It was very difficult to schedule the treatment. They took my number and promised to call me back and didn't call back. Then they didn't answer the phone. But in the end, after I called the tour lady twice and pressed her, she agreed to schedule me. Today I understood why. There aren't enough therapists, they spread the word about clients and tell them stories about delays from previous treatments and about how they set appointments for them without considering the time needed to prepare the room between treatments. I waited with my daughter for half an hour while the girl at the reception kept telling me that there were a few more minutes. Instead of relaxing during the spa treatment, I got angry that I had rushed and stressed out so as not to be late. I could have extended my trip. Only after I insisted on talking to the manager, and even then, only after long minutes did I go in for the treatment. Really? I was ashamed for you.

We arrived at 9 when the treatment was at 11 and were told that they would bring us robes until 11. We didn't see a robe and we asked several times, and only when the therapist (who is lovely by the way and says that the treatment was amazing) arrived did she get surprised and immediately bring robes. The jacuzzi is broken around it, which is not aesthetic and not pleasant at all. The place needs to be described more because it is not clear enough that you arrive in a closed space on the lower floor and everything is closed and there is even no place to sit in the sun. If I had known, we would not have come. In short, not the most amazing experience. I will not return.

The masseuse was gentle and attentive, but... the place didn't look good, neglected, we received torn robes, the room where the massage was done had no background music, the therapist put her phone down, the sheets didn't look their best, Yael at the reception was welcoming, nice, with a smile, generally neglected, didn't look like a spa and didn't smell like a spa, lol

I was at the spa with my sister and we really enjoyed the experience. We started the day with a rich and varied breakfast, with plenty of fresh and delicious food. The waiters were courteous, helpful and pleasant, which added to the atmosphere. Before the massage, we went on a short walk around the hotel area and reached viewpoints with a spectacular view of Haifa and the bay. We also enjoyed a beautiful view from the dining room, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The massages were excellent, professional and of a very high standard. We left feeling relaxed, pampered and satisfied with every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a day of pampering, relaxation and a quality experience

The worst spa we've been to doesn't match the pictures, it's not right that they don't update that the spa is also for hotel guests, including children, there was unbearable noise, even your hostess said we were right and we tried to cancel it, she couldn't, she said she used the voucher, the pool area was dirty, we didn't go into the water or the jacuzzi, it was full of people, not pleasant at all, we waited two hours for a massage and left, the breakfast was horrible, there was nothing left in the dining room, not even a minimum omelet, there was no orange juice, no glasses, the whole drinking station was leaking, the spa downstairs smelled of decay, I celebrated my partner's birthday, a real disappointment, I was ashamed, it was the first time I've been embarrassed, really ashamed
