My massage was excellent, my husband's was less good. Courteous and pleasant service, very very clean. However, the place needs a massive renovation, the whole complex is very, very outdated. The spa is not pampering at all - a station for hot drinks, wine, fruit and cookies would have been a great upgrade

The massage was really good! We were received with a warm welcome. We took the couple's massage room, it looked a bit old and less inviting but other than that it was really fun!

We stayed at the spa as a gift for my mother's birthday... I must say that it didn't feel like a spa to us. It was appropriate to welcome us with champagne/refreshments and give us robes and shoes.. at least we feel a bit of a spa atmosphere. There is no jacuzzi in the place but only a heated pool and a regular pool that belongs to the hotel. A positive point to note is the quality of the massage we received. The rest needs improvement

There is no doubt that the one who makes the place - it is first of all the lovely staff of Spa Kaiser! The charming Ariela, the manager of the place, who gave a generous answer to any question or request, the massage therapists Edna and Nathalie who gave us ten thousand couples therapy! One of the few cases where both my husband and I really enjoyed a massage. A delicious and satisfying lunch. There are many people evacuated in a hotel, also because of the Purim holiday there were many activities for children, so there was less quiet and privacy, but not that it bothered us particularly, nor was it really felt in the spa area. All in all, an amazing day of fun at a reasonable price.
