Professionalism, champions, massage at a very high level. If I may give you constructive criticism: You cannot market the children's pool as a swimming pool. This is what appears in your message confirming arrival! It was unpleasant and very disappointing for us to see where we spend 8 hours... We come to enjoy ourselves and not to argue.

I arrived for a pampering package at a hotel and the main feeling I left with was confusion. While the massage itself was perfectly fine and the food was reasonable, the overall customer experience just didn’t work. Everything felt disorganized – there was no clear direction and no designated comfortable place to stay between the stages of the package, creating a situation where ‘you have nowhere to put yourself’. Instead of the experience being relaxing and flowing, I found myself busy trying to figure out where to go and what to do next. The treatment and food alone don’t manage to cover up the feeling of disorganization and basic lack of hospitality

It was excellent. Really delicious food and a boutique dining room. Really good massage. The masseuse Ayala did an excellent massage. The heated pool was fun and the service was generally excellent. The only thing that bothered me was an unpleasant smell in the wet sauna and in the bathroom.
