We arrived at the spa after receiving an order confirmation. We were told that the order was not received, there are no therapists available and we were sent home. They didn't even let us talk to the spa manager. a disgrace

The hotel looks amazing, they welcomed us really well, the spa was very good, the breakfast was really poor and really not worth even 100 NIS, the jacuzzi outside is a great idea but no one cleans up after it so if you are not the first it turns out to be really dirty and unsterile All in all it was a good experience

The breakfast was delicious, the selection is nice but not big. The spa: the rooms are pleasant and clean, the spa space is calm but not maintained at a high level. The massage itself was nice but nothing more. The feeling that the masseurs are not very experienced (couple therapy), and the treatment was not at a high level. But today's massages are lovely.

Hello, we bought a voucher for a double spa with the use of the facilities of the place, but when we arrived at the place, we found out that the hotel facilities were not active and in addition the hotel restaurant was also closed. We were very disappointed mainly because my husband and I are in the reserves and we wanted to take a day off to come and pamper ourselves together but we left very dissatisfied and before our arrival no one bothered to inform us that the facilities are closed in winter or inactive during this period and that the restaurant is closed.

We took the couple's package which includes breakfast, a 45 minute massage and use of the hotel facilities. We arrived at the Debra Hotel, the breakfast was reminiscent of a breakfast in a dining room at Kibbutz Ramah, and we ate with disposable utensils! We just started the day of couple pampering and the atmosphere was already going. We chose this hotel in particular because it was stated that it had a jacuzzi, in fact there were private baths on the roof that we couldn't enjoy anyway because it was raining and cold outside. We asked them to find a solution that would satisfy us and they suggested that we walk to the Lighthouse of that chain, after the massage, and enjoy the facilities there. The representative at the spa was kind and tried his best to meet us. But we got there and again we were disappointed by the poor level of the facilities and the hotel. The massage was good but not over the top and certainly not worth the trouble and heartache. Do yourself a favor and invest the money in an old and excellent place that has received many excellent reviews. No gimmicky deals and tricks to get the best. We won't be back.
