ISLA SPA

Welcome to the new era of the Eilat vacation. An urban resort offering the perfect solution for those seeking the sought-after balance between city accessibility and absolute serenity. Far enough from the bustle of the promenade, yet close to all points of interest, Isla Brown brings the collection's refined style to the Eilat mountain views. 158 designer rooms wrap around a spacious, heated pool, but the highlight awaits on the rooftop – the most beautiful viewpoint in the city. Here, between the magical scenery and moments of relaxation at Isla Spa, you will discover that a true vacation requires no compromises, only choosing the right standard.

Very expensive price for the value, I invested because it was for my husband's birthday. We arrived about fifteen minutes before the treatment and sat in the waiting area and it felt not maintained at all. Dirty glasses, no champagne left and we had to wait for them to bring a new bottle, a rotten apple in the fruit basket and the water that comes in glass bottles of springs is filled from a simple water bar and has a bland taste... We won't be back and won't recommend it, that's for sure! The therapists were great and the massage was nice, but the atmosphere was casual and not worth the exorbitant price of 440 NIS for a 50-minute treatment!

The truth is that the massage was nice overall, but I've had better massages. There were moments when the treatment was pleasant and relaxing, but at times I felt that the therapist's pressure was a little too strong, and it even hurt a little. I was expecting a more liberating and pampering experience, one where I would leave with a feeling of calm and release in my body. The therapist was nice and tried, but I think it was possible to be more attentive to the intensity of the pressure and adjust the treatment to what I liked. Overall, the experience was okay, not bad, but not a massage I would describe as excellent either. I felt that a little more precision and gentleness was missing so that I could really enjoy and relax throughout the treatment.

An amazing therapist, very pleasant, she has such a pleasant touch, knows her job, and most importantly, maintains the modesty of a patient. I had a really amazing treatment. In addition, my husband also had it with her and described exactly what I wrote. *I usually don't write reviews, but this time it was really important to me to compliment the therapist because she is truly charming.

The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing, the secretary is very kind, as is the therapist. The professionalism of the massage was average, it was very weak at times and sometimes it was a little painful (which she did with the forearms). Overall, a good experience

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was perfect!!! The two therapists were very attentive to our needs, and the massage was of a very high standard. The whole place is charming and pleasant to stay in. There is no doubt that when we come to stay at the hotel again, we will have another massage.

It was excellent, the only thing was that the dining room seemed unable to accommodate many people at the same time. There were long lines.

Wow, what an experience. You were one of the best therapists I've ever had. Orly is patient, kind, helpful, and attentive to your needs. Without a doubt, I will be in Eilat. Even if I don't stay at this hotel, I will come back for a massage with her again.
