It was shocking. The spa room was not at all suitable for massages in its conditions. It was freezing throughout the entire massage. Continuous and terrible suffering. A shocking experience. I would not recommend it at all and I will also spread the word not to go near it. We have never suffered like this in our lives.

I did not stay at the spa at the hotel The booking did not arrive at the hotel itself after Spa Plus confirmed it to me we arrived from a distance and it was a heartache for her name. We returned home empty-handed.

The building is beautiful, unfortunately not meticulous bearing the high standard, employees smoke and talk for hours loudly on the spa terrace and look unkindly at guests in the hot tub. No tea no cups, no slippers, poor service, good caregivers

We stayed at the Villa Brown Hotel in honor of my mother's birthday. We came 4 people from the center to Jerusalem to get a medium level massage, contemptuous attitude, indifference of the staff .. In general it seemed that I came to do a massage with a masseuse at her parents' house in the attic. We were not even offered water to drink !! I am pregnant and ordered a pregnancy massage, I did not get pillows to put between my legs / hug (which is completely basic in pregnancy massage). We left disappointed and will definitely not return and do not recommend anyone to get there .. Spa experience certainly was not there!

Nice service but lacking coordination. An hour late. Without any attempt at compensation on the part of the place. On the other hand they prepared us a hot drink at their expense before the incident. Not enough
