We arrived at the hotel at 8 am and went to the spa and there was no one there. They went to the lobby and told us there was a sign that the spa was open until 10. We tried to go to the dining room but were asked for a bracelet that we didn't have. We waited until 10. We went for our massage which was good and went to a full pool. There was no place to swim. So we moved to the pool upstairs where the lifeguard asked where our bracelet was (which we didn't get). We said we came for a spa day. He said we couldn't use this pool, only the pool downstairs which was full. We decided to go home and not continue the day.

Hi, the atmosphere when we arrived was very pleasant. The massage was not good for me, the therapist was not professional for my taste. In addition, we then sat on the sofas outside and a cockroach jumped out of the sofa. After that, we went to the sauna and there was also a cockroach in the basket. The place was very disappointing. I will not return again.

We arrived at my house to celebrate my birthday and I had a wonderful therapist and my daughter was very disappointed with the therapist, that is, with her treatment. After the treatment, we sat together on armchairs between the treatment rooms and between the armchairs a cockroach climbed on my daughter's bed. She was scared. We just got up from there and went to the sauna. It was very unpleasant (we told the girl at the counter). In the sauna, inside the laundry basket, there was another cockroach. We marked the 15 minutes in the sauna and left and didn't come back.
