There is no synchronization, there are no babysitters or they are late, there are no changing rooms except for the pool which is really fun, it was a disappointment

I was really unhappy with the pool area. We arrived at 10.30 to celebrate a birthday and there was no seat. I was not told that it was so busy and that there were no beds. The request was forwarded to the hotel for treatment.

A perfect hotel ❤️❤️ Delicious food and at a high level. Massage at the highest level. I personally recommend Alona. Was she attentive to my needs?? A team of amazing employees from the lovely hotel manager Ofra Uriel, dining room manager to Ofek, a receptionist, I highly recommend the spa and the hotel in general!!!

Hello, since we do a lot of massages, we have something to compare. We both left disappointed, both from the massage and from the beef dinner. We will not want to go there again and will not recommend the place.

God forbid I don't want to harm the livelihood of any worker and I will try to be very gentle in describing my experience from the massage. In a very nice place, small and intimate, of course we came only for a couple's massage and that was completely enough, the spa is clean, small and beautiful and the hostess was lovely. Still the massage I received needed improvement, the therapist was not "at her best" the massage was at a very low level, not so pleasant in part, she "dragged" her legs moving from side to side and it was strange and disturbing, the strong breaths were difficult to bend, again I say this carefully but The therapist's palms were very rough and not the most pleasant to the touch, in short not a hit at all and the truth is that at one point I almost asked to finish in the middle but I got used to it and even allowed myself to take a nap (just to finish) I didn't want to insult the therapist so I just finished, I left the hostess realized that something was wrong with me Hit but again I didn't intend to make a story out of it, it seems that the level of nannies in your network is more serious and because of your request for feedback I decided to share. Again I'm not angry but a bit disappointed, I'm comforted that I got her and not my wife who was celebrating a birthday. Thanks in advance, Shay. There was a relatively painful massage, and at the end of the last 10 minutes the head massage was simply not pleasant at all lol, I was disappointed and I'm a hair stylist and it was very important to me. I didn't enjoy the massage, only breakfast
