Hi, we really enjoyed the overall experience. There are a few comments. The smell of room food in the lobby space was really inappropriate. The smell in the waiting room was strong and not of high quality. The massages were especially excellent.

The stay at the spa was amazing. A team that received us with a really warm welcome that explained every single detail, showed where everything was, made sure we were satisfied. Everything was perfectly clean and very tidy, a team of cute masseuses and a great massage. We will definitely be back

I rate one because the tweet was very kind but the experience was very disappointing and I would not come back and recommend anyone to come. The breakfast was at the level of 2 stars and no more. I ordered the package as a gift for my partner for his birthday and I was ashamed of the place. We didn't have anything to eat, most of it looked disgusting (sorry for the description about food) and in the end we left there and went to eat somewhere else. We came back for the massage and unfortunately this experience was also disappointing, the masseuses were asked for our wishes but in practice it didn't happen and we both left unsatisfied. We ran away from there back to the house to shower and forget the experience.

The place welcomed us nicely and took care of everything. The massage was good. The sauna and hammam didn't work that day and they didn't bother to say something sucks.
