We came for a couple's massage in honor of my partner's birthday. 1. The massage was great and released tight muscles. 2. The masseuse was a little short and pressed for time when we started the massage. So she didn't have the patience to make sure that we both understood that I was the patient. 3. Even at the end the shortness of time affected the experience. 4. The girl at the reception was kind and pleasant but did not bring us robes until after I entered the massage. 5. Towels were also not available and we waited for them. One towel had brown stains. 6. The hotel facilities were a bit dirty. Some sand at the entrance to the pool. Crowded pools. Feels that with a little more staff and standards it could have been taken care of. 7. The time we scheduled here on the website was not available and the team moved us to 40 minutes later. 8. There was no parking at the hotel and that was just another thing that detracted from the experience. I gave 3 stars because compared to the price we paid, the value was low. If we had paid half the price the stars would have been higher because it matches expectations.
