The spa was nice and nothing more. Let's start with the fact that it was cool in and outside the pool. There was no parking, so we had to park far away and walk before and after the spa in the cold of February in Jerusalem. The Turkish bath in the videos looked big and luxurious, but in reality it was a very small wet sauna. The massage was reasonable. The patients didn't ask us before the massages what style of massage we preferred (strong, caressing, medium, etc.). Finally, the included lunch was really, really low compared to the luxurious hotel. Pizza with ketchup sauce, very slow service, and all of this was an exorbitant price. Bottom line, it's more about name than content. We won't be back.

I had an extraordinary experience. I enjoyed every moment. I don't remember the therapist's name, but she was stunning. She hit the mark for me and listened to what I told her. I had a rare experience thanks to her. A perfect, high-quality place and a rich and satisfying breakfast. Highly recommend and I will definitely schedule again.

The truth is, we were really disappointed.. We received robes in tattered condition! My husband's entire robe was torn but something was really terrible and I had a robe with a stain. The door to the women's sauna was simply in terrible condition, full of scale and really unmaintained. I was disgusted to go in there because of that. In addition to the fact that my therapist was really amateurish and most of the treatment was caressing me instead of doing a massage.. We were disappointed and for the amount we paid, we expected to get much more.. What's more, the employees at the spa reception were really kind and nice.

A huge drawback was that because we were late for breakfast because my partner is a military man and there were some delays on the way, we had to take lunch and add an additional payment beyond what we had already paid, claiming it was an "upgrade" and I must say that we were very disappointed. The food was simple and there was not a large selection, to the level that we received a pizza from Deli, in my opinion, we also did not receive treatment from the waiters there and we had to wait a long time for them to be served.
