The massage was unprofessional and very weak. It felt like the masseuses were inexperienced. Even though we asked for a stronger massage, we still felt caresses and nothing more. My husband even fell asleep because he didn't feel anything. We contacted customer service and no one took care of us. I would be happy if someone would handle the complaint. We left with a very unpleasant feeling!

Terrible, extremely disappointing, not recommended at all. I scheduled a Thai massage, I don't know what they brought me. Disrespect for customers. My partner and I left there really disgusted.

Hi, I asked and complained to the reception and did not receive a response. I arrived with high expectations for a massage with my partner, and I received the opposite. I do not disrespect anyone's work, but several times I asked for the massage to be stronger and that I really do not feel at all and they did not get back to me at all. I would be happy to continue treatment on this matter. Thank you and have a good day.

There were two massages, the one she gave my partner was excellent and he was happy with the massage, my masseuse was cute, God forbid there was anything personal about her attitude, but during the entire treatment she caressed me and the "massage" was extremely slow, I asked her to increase the intensity but there was no significant change, in addition she did not touch my legs or feet at all, she did maybe six gentle presses with her hands and the rest of the time she caressed my face, when I lay on my stomach the caresses were only on my back and when I lay on my back the caresses were on my face, I usually do not complain even when the massage was not good but here it was extreme and excessive, it was caresses and indifference that I have never encountered before

The massage itself was excellent, the service was less so. The day before, they called several times to change things in the treatment that day. We had already arrived and were told to come at 12:10 instead of 12:00, and in the end they only accepted us at 12:20.

The massages were of high quality and extremely pleasant. The location of the spa behind emergency exit doors and stairs, the lack of services in the spa, and the hotel's responsible attitude were inappropriate, disrespectful, and not accessible to the disabled (me). I will never get a massage at this Bravo Mahane Yehuda hotel again.
