My partner and I booked two weeks in advance for a Swedish massage with a hot tub for an hour. We arrived on time for the treatment only to discover that the manager of the place was not there and that the secretary could not find our reservation. She called the manager in front of us and let us talk to her and explain and send the details of our reservation. She made us increase the reservation for a better treatment that she claimed included hot stones and wind cups (which cost more) and was supposed to help in busy areas. She asked what they were and promised to treat us to a bottle of champagne for the hot tub because of the lack of preparation and estimates. The secretary led us to the room where the massage was done, and then she and the therapist entered. The beds were uncomfortable, felt cheap, and moved from side to side endlessly during the treatment. We should note that one therapist was excellent at massage and felt professional. In contrast, the other woman (probably a secretary) felt like she didn't know what to do. She gave me a cup of tea once for a few seconds and that was it. She didn't stop coughing on me the entire treatment and answered the phone in the middle of the treatment and disappeared for a few minutes. Towards the middle of the treatment, another couple of patients arrived and she went out to instruct them to sit and wait. It felt like the middle to the end of the treatment was done under pressure and without investment because they knew they were there alone and waiting for the next patients. In addition, their sons spoke in Russian and said that the manager was not there and she was the one who was supposed to turn on the jacuzzi and they were afraid to touch it. When the disappointing treatment ended (which didn't last 60 minutes like we paid for), they left us waiting in a freezing room for at least fifteen minutes while they went to the next patients until the manager kindly arrived. She took us to the jacuzzi room and while she was turning it on, she brought us the promised bottle of champagne. After she finished arranging the jacuzzi, she suddenly poured herself a glass from the bottle of champagne she brought us. She poured us two glasses and, in an unacceptable way, she simply took the entire bottle and disappeared and simply left us with two glasses. The jacuzzi room and shower were not clean and properly maintained and the atmosphere was simply cheap and not properly maintained. We were in the jacuzzi for about ten minutes and decided to leave because the place was not to our taste. We showered with a variety of soaps that had been left there for a while (by the looks of it, they had been sitting there for a long time) and we hurried to leave. We will definitely not return. A shocking experience. We would not recommend. We were looking for a pleasant treatment and a relaxing experience and we got the opposite. We will be happy to take care of you.

A place that looks dubious and even a little scary.. as if we arrived at a non-massage salon.. but after we calm down from the initial shock, we get a good massage. A skilled masseuse who really tears your bones.. It should be noted that the price is also very fair. I wouldn't go back there, but for once, the experience is reasonable

The massage was really perfect, only 1 thing bothered us, the cats, the noise in the house was unbearable, no matter how much we tried to ignore it, we couldn't.

Excellent, the most professional and best treatment we have ever received (and we have been to many places in Israel and around the world). Specific treatment that identified problems and solved them in a pleasant atmosphere and with full attention to us. The place itself was also clean, beautiful and pleasant.

My second time at the spa, this time it was amazing too. The treatment was kind and very professional. I personally took a deep tissue massage. This is a very intense massage and is suitable for those who suffer from very tight muscles. I personally highly recommend it.

It was great. A little late. But Andy did an excellent reflexology massage. The owner of the place is also amazing. It's not the first time and certainly not the last.

It's not the spa's fault that there was no response on the weekend. I received a text message only after another message. You can see it's approved, and then a message saying your order has been received and transferred for treatment. I closed on Friday at 3. I'm sure my partner and I enjoyed Saturday. The order was not confirmed. Apparently, I and he argued because he didn't believe I closed. The woman at the front desk was incredibly busy because no orders were received, and my embarrassment was sky-high. There was no one to contact because it was Saturday and there was no service. This is the first and last time I will use your service!
