Excellent treatment, very relaxing and powerful, kind treatment and very high level of service. I would like to point out that the masseuse Hila is one of a kind, and for that I say thank you very much.

We booked 2 treatments for a couple. The day before, you canceled one of the treatments and we had to choose which of us would go, even though our card was charged and we don't know if it will be credited.. In addition, a 70-minute treatment ended after less than 60. We learned our lesson.

Hila, the amazing therapist, only looks innocent and cute, but with hands out of this world, she disassembled the body and put it back together. The level of professionalism is among the highest I have ever experienced in my life. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel did not know about the reservation, so when we arrived in the morning for breakfast, according to the menu, we were not allowed in. No one was informed that we were entitled to breakfast. At some point, we simply paid privately. Then, when we finally found the spa representative, we received horrible, unpleasant treatment, no help. In short, we had a nightmare day and not a fun day. I actually thought we had booked into another Dan hotel, but it turns out that it was the Dan Panorama hotel, where there is no jacuzzi or sauna at all. We will simply not book through them again, nor will we ever stay at this hotel. By the way, the massage itself was nothing, and we did not even receive an apology for the horrible treatment from the spa representative.

It was a simply perfect massage. The masseuse was attentive and asked at the beginning of the treatment how I wanted the massage. Really excellent. Thank you very much.

Professional and serious treatment. No waste of time, a problem that was treated with a busy back, and the rest of the day was excellent without pain.

The treatment itself was good, it's just a shame there is no insulation in the walls between the reception and the rooms. You can just hear everything, which makes the experience very difficult. There was also no music in the sauna room, which wasn't very inviting... The receptionist is polite and helpful, and so is the therapist.

The therapist named Hila is amazing, attentive and very professional (she even gave me some tips for a healthy lifestyle). The massage was perfect.. Just a small comment: the visual visibility of the entrance to the spa could be improved a bit.
