It was a very pleasant treatment, pleasant background music. Thank you very much. One point for improvement: Immediately after the treatment, the therapist (who is excellent) turned on the light. The glare, which I was not prepared for, immediately disturbed the peaceful atmosphere I was in a moment before. It might be worth turning on a little, and leaving the lights dimmed for a few more moments of returning to reality.

The treatment was okay. But it was not possible to shower after the treatment. The shower was dirty with dead cockroaches in every corner. It is simply not appropriate to send people for treatment in such conditions. I will no longer agree to be treated there and it is a shame

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The place doesn't look like a spa at all - the massage room is untidy, looks more like a warehouse than a massage room. The atmosphere is unpleasant, there is no background music, the lighting is loud and not relaxing, and there is no sense of calm or pampering that is expected from such a treatment. An unpleasant experience and certainly not suitable for a hotel that respects itself and at the level of Dan Panorama. Do not recommend at all.

The place is uninviting and even neglected, no one greeted us when we arrived and we waited a long time. The coffee corner was dirty. My daughter and I even considered leaving. I happened to realize that the two people downstairs were the therapists. To their credit, both my daughter and I received excellent treatment and enjoyed a professional massage and pleasant and professional therapists. There was no pleasant place to sit and relax after the massage. Sorry, but you can't call the place a spa.

Hello, today we arrived as a group of 8 girls, the masseuses were really great, they gave an atmosphere of calm and tranquility, but there are a few highlights that are important to me to note. The place was not that inviting, lots of bags on the sides, it didn't feel comfortable enough, the floor wasn't clean. There was no background music, too bad, the oil ran out (very strange). The nice masseuse used a cam and a body scrub. We expected a little more.
