Hello, I booked a pamper day including breakfast and a room. We arrived and there was a power outage. It was hot in the dining room, we didn't see what was there and what was being eaten. We left after fifteen minutes and needless to say we did not enjoy ourselves. During the massage there was a noise of knocking and renovations beyond the door, throughout the treatment, it was not possible to relax and enjoy. The room was also hot... In short, we didn't have a good time, too bad, I booked this "fun" day for my wife's birthday.

In terms of the facility itself - there are no changing rooms or rooms to get organized before the massage, the waiting corridor is more or less a reception with a corridor atmosphere where people are constantly passing by. We ordered a Thai massage over the phone, in fact when we arrived there was no option for such a massage. The music in the room was based on YouTube with commercials while playing the music from the cell phone of one of the therapists, which led to the masseuse constantly fiddling with the cell phone during the massage. Frustrating to pay so much money for a disappointing experience. We will not return and will not recommend.

I was at the spa with my sister today, I got an amazing therapist (one with a handkerchief) and I had a great time. My sister, on the other hand, did not really enjoy it, she felt that the therapist completely overdid the massage, it was her birthday present and I am disappointed with the value she received for the payment to the spa. Because this is not the level I expected you to get. And I will say again, my nanny was really charming and it was felt that she was doing a good job!.
