Tamar Spa at Dan Panorama Hotel Jerusalem

Unfortunately, one of the therapists was really unpleasant and didn't do the treatment properly as we requested, shortened the treatment, and kept complaining about the air conditioning. The other therapist in the room was lovely and also gave a massage. It's a shame, but she made sure to ruin the experience. She also turned on the light before I finished my massage with the therapist and left the door open, which was embarrassing when I and the other girl were still naked on the beds. And that also happened with the massage of the two girls before. The experience was the same for them too... and many other things that happened there and there was no one to turn to... I definitely wouldn't recommend you again.

A terrible experience, I have never been so disappointed in a day at a spa and a hotel. I celebrated my best friend's birthday as a surprise, I paid over 1000 NIS for a couples treatment, breakfast at the hotel and entry to the pool. We drove two hours to Jerusalem and upon arrival at the hotel they told me in an angry tone that the parking lot was only for hotel guests, there was no parking outside and after half an hour of searching I saw that the time for breakfast was running out, of course we received a report because there was no normal place, we arrived at the spa - the door was locked, there was no light inside, the spa was closed, waiting for someone to give an answer what was going on here until they told me to call the numbers on the door in the spa downstairs - nothing sucks and is pathetic! Why doesn't anyone greet you with respect? I have to go down and up 4 times and call?!? At this point my friend already felt uncomfortable because it was embarrassing and looked like a day I had closed for 100 NIS, I called, someone answered me saying she would be late and asked me to go to the dining room and let her speak to the manager - nothing could be more annoying!! The meal was mediocre, but there was more to it than that, there was nothing to be done about it.. We went down to the spa, the employee rushed us into the treatment (they didn't stop for a moment to welcome us with a locker, a robe, something pleasant for the atmosphere - straight to the treatment) The treatment began - crazy Congo drills over the head of renovations on the road above the hotel to the point that it was felt inside the room and over the music!!! Crazy. The band came to relax for a relaxing fun day - this is the most stressful and unreasonable thing I have ever seen. We complained to the therapists 5 times that it really ruins the experience and they replied that they were already used to it. (Of course!! I won't give in to the treatment now!!) Then after it was not possible to enjoy an hour-long treatment that was supposed to be experiential and relaxing and it wasn't, we went up to the pool - shock number 4, a small pool on the roof, nothing like the pictures, the most disgusting thing there is, really. We got off at the bus stop and said we'd at least get rid of the oil in the showers and get out of here without a pool or anything because the whole pool is bursting with children meter by meter because I was expecting a normal pool and there's none of that. Then in the showers, there was a flood of water in both!! Crazy clogging and stench!! And that's how a fun day looked for more than 1000 NIS at Dan Panorama. I've never been so embarrassed in my life!

It was amazing, the whole team had a great time. Many thanks to Tamar and her team of caregivers. We will be back again in the future.

We were disappointed with the quality of the massage. We expected a high-quality massage and got something that felt amateurish. The masseuse also left in the middle to answer people. At the end of the massage I asked her what the massage was and she said it was improvised. Really off topic.

It was perfect, we enjoyed it so much, plus the staff was amazing. The day before arrival we received a briefing on where to find parking and how to take care of the caregivers as we wanted. Recommended!!

We were a couple, one therapist was very professional and the other was disappointing and unprofessional. It sucks! I gave my husband a birthday present and it was specifically for him that the therapist was unprofessional, to say the least. It sucks to pay so much money and be disappointed.

The therapist Tamar was charming and professional. It is clear that it is very important to her to free the body and mind and maximize the experience for the clients. Yes, it is important for me to say that we were very bothered by the appearance and maintenance of the place, there was no water bar and no towel robes, but we still managed with that and when we entered the locker rooms we discovered that only the boiling water worked. It was boiling to the point where you couldn't put your finger in, so we just gave up and left. I am less of a complaining type, but I expected that with the increase in prices, the service would be seen accordingly, and unfortunately the experience really did not match the price. (Not on the therapist's part, God forbid, she was extremely charming!)

I couldn't believe I was getting a massage at the Dan Panorama Hotel. I was shocked as soon as I entered. It looked like a warehouse in a housing estate. The massage itself was okay.

It was a very pleasant treatment, pleasant background music. Thank you very much. One point for improvement: Immediately after the treatment, the therapist (who is excellent) turned on the light. The glare, which I was not prepared for, immediately disturbed the peaceful atmosphere I was in a moment before. It might be worth turning on a little, and leaving the lights dimmed for a few more moments of returning to reality.

Perfect massage!

The treatment was okay. But it was not possible to shower after the treatment. The shower was dirty with dead cockroaches in every corner. It is simply not appropriate to send people for treatment in such conditions. I will no longer agree to be treated there and it is a shame

The place looks neglected and uninvested in. It is advisable to improve the place with a pool and jacuzzi, as well as a relaxation area.
