The therapists were fine and did a really good job. But the feeling of pampering you expect was missing: we were not given the robe and shoes at the beginning to change into before entering the treatment room. We were instructed to put our personal bag under the treatment bed. The treatment room is very small. And the noise coming in from outside is loud.

The practical-physical treatment was good to very good. The coordination for the date of the performance was not so good. The children booked a fun day at the hotel for us, including a spa. No one explained to them that it was advisable to make an appointment for the spa right away. When we arrived at the hotel, for one night, it was explained to us that the appointment the next day could only take place two hours after our departure. In the end, our check-out was extended by two hours, after many conversations. In the morning, they called from the spa and asked why we were not coming. We realized that there was a whole salad here. The registrations were not cross-referenced correctly. It's a shame, the fun of the whole event has diminished. We hope you will draw conclusions and let the staff understand that this is not how registration is managed. As mentioned, the spa was good and respectful.

The massage wasn't bad, the music wasn't relaxing. Everything else was bad. Let's start in the lobby, there was no water in the tank. Refreshments - walnuts and dates, and tea. I expected more, some fresh fruit, and in general only two things. This is not a boutique, this is stinginess. The reason I bought this package was the jacuzzi, and after the massage when I went to see it, there was a service inside and it was not clean. I felt disgusted. I complained at the front desk and they told me they would send someone to clean, I went down to the gym, and saw another unprofessional scene in front of me. The water was not there, another unclean jacuzzi with fragments of a wall on the floor next to it, I worked out for about ten minutes and went up expectantly back to where the jacuzzi was. I looked at it again and to my surprise it was still not clean. I spoke to the reception again and they again told the cleaner that he had confused the toilet with the jacuzzi. I was tired of waiting and the noise I heard outside from the street where the jacuzzi was. I said I was desperate, that I wouldn't be able to relax there at all, I didn't trust the cleaner to do what was needed there, and disgusted and angry that I had wasted 420 shekels on the whole thing, I left the spa. Tell me where the professionalism is. I know I don't want to go back to you.

The jacuzzi was not open and we didn't understand if it was allowed to be used. The place was smaller than we thought.

Excellent treatment, professional and courteous staff. It's a shame that the hot tub is hot all the time in the sun and you can't sit in it for more than a few minutes. I asked for a parasol and didn't get one, which is a shame.

The therapists Mirit and Coral were simply amazing!! One of the best treatments we had if not the best!! The beds were really comfortable and with heating which was simply excellent and the therapists were lovely and nice and we left there with good energy and a good feeling in body and mind.

We were looking for a spa close to the sea to start the weekend with and Brown Beach was simply bingo. The atmosphere there is so light and inviting that you immediately forget about everything and enter a state of relaxation. The hot stone treatment was phenomenal and the therapist was attentive to my every request. The combination of the excellent spa together with the proximity to the promenade makes this a must-have experience for those who want to truly pamper themselves.
