The only star is for the therapists who were excellent. The spa is very neglected and inappropriate. The jacuzzi was not active at all and it's a shame they didn't bother to update what was also empty of water and very dirty. A terrible experience. Does not respect the place and the people who come to it and certainly does not justify the cost. I do not recommend at all.

Hi, the truth is that we were very disappointed with the service given to us at the hotel. There was no attitude from the receptionist at the entrance to the hotel. We looked for the spa ourselves. And when we went in there there was no one to greet us... we just sat on a worn couch and waited over fifteen minutes until someone came out by chance and told us to wait and fill out a health declaration form. We waited another 20 minutes. No drink... Coffee stand is dirty and not inviting at all. Tami 4 device is full of corrosion in its mouth. And mold at a level that is better not to drink from. No one came over and offered something cold to drink or anything else. No one was interested... We went down to the spa room and 2 therapists were waiting for us there and 2 minutes later we realized that we fell for amateurs. Combined massage it was not. It was caressing and pleasant only. without any treatment. My partner was asked if there was a specific area to focus on, he asked with the shoulders. 45 treatments that focused only on the shoulder blades!! Not in any other part of the body. Crazy... they didn't combine anything. We finished the treatment and got dressed in swimwear. It turns out that there is no pool, only a double jacuzzi that was dirty from the customers before us. They didn't even bother to clean between patients. Within 2 minutes there was already a knock on our door that we have to vacate the room because there is another treatment coming to the same room. We went out with the clothes and the hands.. As for the breakfast... there is no variety. Small portions I ordered a glass of orange juice, I got a glass of 150ml... a small sample after being there for over two hours. The dessert is not even even though the voucher is even. Dessert for one person and obviously not tasty. A bottle of champagne is open in the spa and not cold. From the couple in front of us... very dirty champagne glasses. In short, an unpleasant experience at all! We mentioned in the invitation that we are coming to celebrate a birthday. The spa/hotel chose to ignore it. And it's a pity. The massage was excellent but unfortunately the room we were in was not clean, including the jacuzzi which was dirty. Things from previous guests remained and the feeling was not pleasant. We talked to one of the workers and she promised to send us a cleaner but this didn't happen so we couldn't use the jacuzzi. When we spoke to one of the employees at the reception she did not apologize and said that she had just arrived for the shift. She took my phone and said they would call me back but I have not received a call until now. In conclusion, the experience was lacking because of the hotel's services.
