Hello. Unfortunately, the experience was not as I expected, the complete opposite. The masseuse was not nice to say the least, on the verge of rudeness. I did not receive the clothes as promised (robe, shoes, locker). After that I went to the pool, the stay in the pool was not so pleasant. Bottom line, I felt like I was being done a favor, it's a shame. Thanks and good news. Thanks and good news

Hotel fun, excellent service and really pampering. Excellent breakfast. Very good massage treatments. Only problem is the parking which is very expensive and until recently it was even free, too bad. And 27th a pleasure of hospitality, a great hotel.

The message was excellent! Vasili and Renata spoiled us with a message from the movies!! Lilac from the spa was stunning and so helpful! However, the hotel itself is lacking in apathetic service, and not wow at all.. we expected more. You can't stand in the pool, only sit on your knees and it closes at six! We made an appointment for a birthday and they moved us two days because the pool was under renovation. The breakfast is very tasty and varied.

It was a perfect day. We were welcomed in a book with an explanation of the course of the day. Breakfast. Spending time in the pool. A simple spa treatment. A perfect day. Lilac from the spa was amazing, she was accessible and gave a professional answer to every question and dilemma.

The massage and breakfast were very good. The problem was that at four o'clock they asked us to vacate the pool because a private event was taking place there. We were not informed in advance and planned to spend more time in the compound. We were very disappointed!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience the experience because, despite the confirmation of the reservation for 10 o'clock, it turned out that the hotel's spa did not accept the reservation and there was no possibility to receive treatments. This is the first time we have encountered such a problem even though we have an order confirmation. We had no choice but to go to another hotel. The feeling was very hurt. We were promised compensation of an additional voucher for breakfast and treatments at the Bobo Hotel for as long as we want, and so far they have not sent it. Mistakes can happen but I expect compensation without wavering.

I stayed with you last Wednesday for 2 couples for a pampering massage that was absolutely amazing, especially to Hadar (I hope I'm not confused) and Rina who took excellent care of me and my wife and may you continue to make the holidays enjoyable for everyone.
