We arrived to stay at the Nabal David Hotel in Tiberias. I received treatment from the lovely Megilla, she was attentive, pleasant and relaxing at the same time. The place is amazingly decorated and the service is 10/10, I recommend it.

The place is beautiful, luxurious and cozy, and the treatment and service were simply excellent. There was a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere and a really good feeling throughout the entire treatment. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the dry sauna didn't work, but other than that everything was just perfect. Definitely a place I would love to return to again ❤️

My experience at the spa was very disappointing, and unfortunately I will not be returning. I came specifically from the center to the hotel and booked 3 rooms, with each of us supposed to receive treatment with a therapist. Unfortunately, I personally did not receive my massage, because one of the therapists was not feeling well – of course it is not her fault and I wish her well. What disappointed me greatly was that the spa did not take the time to find a quick solution and bring in another therapist, even though I came specifically from afar and had booked in advance. In the end, I asked for a refund for the treatment I did not receive, as well as for my entry to the spa. As far as I am concerned, a place like this would have been expected to make an immediate effort to find a solution and allow me to receive the treatment I came specifically for. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the conduct and the overall experience, and therefore I will not be returning.

The treatment was excellent. Unfortunately, we paid a considerable amount for a single treatment and the entry of a companion on the day, as it turned out when we arrived, of a company event, so we could not enter the pool, which was packed to the brim. When you pay such a large amount for entry to the spa facilities, which are a sauna and a pool, and you cannot enter the pool, the minimum is to inform in advance and it would also be advisable to adjust the price.

A new and clean place, the spa is very small, with one shower and one toilet in the locker rooms, beyond the treatment rooms there are only 2 saunas in the place and that's basically the entire spa. The hotel's outdoor pool is great.
