The massage was excellent. However, the overall experience was very bad. We arrived for a spa day. A fun day. Everything was coordinated and paid in advance. The experience with the person we booked was excellent. When we arrived, we asked for robes. The weather was very inclement on Thursday and it was cold in the pool. In general, we really like to go take a shower to relax and prepare ourselves for a massage. When I went down to ask, the manager at the front desk told me that they don't accept robes. I explained that it was part of the experience and that it was also something that was accepted everywhere. He told me that he understood but there was no. He was not attentive and did not provide a solution.

The second time I've been to you, the massage was - sorry - bad. I felt the therapist's inexperience (Zorina?), I didn't enjoy the touch (it felt very random) to the point where I looked at the clock to see when it was over. Disappointing... My friend who was with me said she was fine.

The atmosphere was good, we really enjoyed the food, it was very tasty! The service was good, the pool is stunning and warm. It was a great experience. The massage started a little strange with pressure on the body that lasted 5-7 minutes and I didn't really understand why she didn't start with the massage itself for a long time. The feeling was that most of the time the masseuse was moving her hands over me in a half-caress, half-pressing way but less of a massage feeling. 6 out of 10 for the massage but I must say that the masseuses were really cute!

The therapist was excellent! But the experience was completely ruined by the constant and disturbing noise of drums from beyond the wall. The volume overpowered the pleasant music and there was no chance to relax and enjoy the massage. The therapist was also uncomfortable but there was nothing she could do....Constructive criticism: Acoustically coating the wall or giving earplugs to patients would help a lot.

Nir is an amazing therapist, gentle, attentive. We had a great time. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the treatment started late because we were waiting in the spa downstairs and it was on the 1st floor, so by the time they found us and we got ready, more than 10 minutes had passed that were not returned for the treatment. In a treatment that was originally scheduled for 45 minutes, that is a very significant amount of time. We will definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed the experience at the spa. The masseuses were professional, pleasant and very helpful, and the receptionist was also polite and welcoming. However, unfortunately we experienced some unpleasantness with the manager of the place (on the rooftop pool and at the entrance to the hotel). We felt that she behaved in a disservice and suspicious manner towards us. Twice during our stay she addressed us in a way that made us feel as if she was questioning whether we were legitimate guests of the spa, which was a bit embarrassing and damaged the feeling of hospitality and comfort.

The therapists were very professional. Great treatment. If it's a little disappointing the service before the treatment, we weren't offered a robe before the treatment while in the pool and the poolside buffet is very poor even in terms of coffee. We had to go downstairs to buy a takeaway coffee from the cafe and then go back to the rooftop pool. Other than that the therapists were really great!!!

Our room was luxurious and the hotel was really, really good. We didn't really enjoy the spa. It felt a little unprofessional. The expectation was much higher. A little disappointing. We are a couple of soldiers and we paid a considerable amount.
