We arrived at the hotel spa for a fun day, a birthday celebration for my wife, a soldier. The plan was to get a massage and stay in the pool. We arrived and the pool was not active! There are men walking around, fixing things or I don't know what, it's really unpleasant to be here! And the pool has no water at all. If there are any problems, it's appropriate to inform the customers so we can decide if we want to come another day. This is my third time here, the massage was substandard! Unpleasant, stressful and completely unprofessional therapists. Just a terrible overall experience. I'm asking for my money back, please, I paid for a service that was only half provided, and that part was also just terrible.

The massage was really good but there was someone in the building playing drums and it disturbed the entire treatment. It didn't give me the opportunity to surrender and relax. It disturbed the therapist too.

The masseuses were professional and amazing. They heard that my partner had a birthday and also treated us to some of the best chocolates we've ever received and we really enjoyed it! ❤️
