The breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty. The pool is disappointing as only wading. The parking is very expensive and unjustified, the hotel smells bad at the entrance from the carpets. The couple's treatment was disgusting since they focused mainly on the back and less on the other areas. We expected more and were therefore disappointed.

The waiting area for the massage is very crowded and uninviting, there is no shower after the massage to clean off the oil. The pool area is very crowded and small and in addition to that the restaurant area was arranged and repaired which caused more congestion and a feeling of crowding.

What is a combined massage I closed?!? Most massage therapists do not put oil! Do a massage with dry and cold hands!!! Combines my legs thinking that he is doing exercises for me, and I also prescribed to focus on the shoulder blades, and I also told him during the massage, the masseuse does not know how to perform a massage, after the massage I went to the reception and asked to see the guy's certificate, and I was not accepted. After the massage we were at a cafe, for breakfast, it took almost 30 minutes until the breakfast arrived, I had to ask twice what was going on, and already everything was cold and cold, and very disappointing. The pool on the roof was nice and pleasant, but the small shower was dirty, there was no soap, towels and full of toilet paper on the floor. In short, a very, very unpleasant, disappointing experience, and I was also thinking of recommending to the companies to come back and have a fun day, I was really debating whether to close the deal with you or at another hotel, I feel that I threw over NIS 700 including the parking in the trash. They said they would get back to me the same day by phone, but if you don't fill out feedback, they probably won't get back... I'll ask for a refund for the whole story, thanks Dikla.

My mother was disappointed. The massage was average minus. In the beginning I asked for my processing to be strong and I constantly had to emphasize this during the massage. The reason we gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the pool is cute and it was fun until a group of children arrived, it is not clear how it is related to the hotel, but they just started splashing on everyone and making noise, we hope for the sake of the other guests that this does not happen routinely when children are brought in like this. In addition we ate at a restaurant and it was nice but not enough compared to Tel Aviv. Not recommended unfortunately.

The massage was excellent and the day was also fun in the pool. The masseuse was great and the reception staff were lovely. It's a shame it was crowded - I didn't have a free pool bed to put my things and sit, it's a shame they didn't announce this in advance because I came especially in addition - the employee at the pool was impatient and unkind, I asked him for help with a chair and an umbrella (which were barely there - I arrived and really had nowhere to sit !) and he gave the impression that he really didn't want to help. The massage itself was excellent. The overall experience was not good. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 after being told on the phone twice that the pool opens in the morning, but they didn't bother to point out that you can only enter at 10:00 and we had to wait outside for half an hour. From the moment we entered, there were renovations in the pool that we were not told about in advance. The renovations included drilling, noise, and working with sparks of fire. The noise and smell were unbearable. The works lasted about two and a half hours. When we contacted the hotel and spa staff we were told that they had nothing to do and that if we wanted we could go and come back at noon. An answer that is neither acceptable nor helpful. We took a day off and paid a high amount for the fun day and the overall experience was not good. It should be noted that they sent us a bottle of wine from the reception to make the experience pleasant, but we were very disappointed that they did not inform us in advance about the renovations and gave us the option to choose whether to come or not.
