The truth is that it was just a very expensive overlap. I would not recommend to anyone. Felt like a waste of money. At first the water was too cold then too hot after that there were many long minutes that the masseuse just let the water flow over me... there was no face massage, they put a cloth mask on us and applied some kind of cream on us. I would call it a head and face massage and take NIS 280 for it. A present for my mother's birthday and was a disappointment.

I was with a friend for a birthday, we took a Japanese head spa and a foot massage. Basically the machine stopped working in the middle because of this I was sent home with instructions for an ampoule for home use (delusion), part of the time the masseuse tried to fix my friend's device while hers stopped working most of the time. In short, a really unfavorable and unprofessional experience.

They let us in at 6:10 p.m. to start getting ready for the treatment. It started 20 minutes late, something like that. Believe it or not, even though we arrived at the place half an hour before the start of the treatment, when we were already lying down for the treatment, when the treatment had already started, they touched us for a few seconds and left for about a minute, two, and so on for at least ten minutes after that. The massage itself was good in the short part because the massage ended already at 18:55 even though it was supposed to be 45 minutes which for sure was not and is not worth the price

Kind and professional personal attitude of the girls at the reception and fast and efficient treatment, they put me in for a massage at the same time as my wife without making an appointment in advance quickly and without follow-ups and the best and most professional massage I have received in my life and I am after a trip to Thailand so I checked several massages in my life I highly recommend!!!

I am 65 years old and I have never had such a disappointing experience.. the treatment is not suitable for someone who has hair extensions even though my daughter knew I had extensions and they said it was fine. On the same day I arrived, I again told the person in charge that I had an extra and if it was suitable for treatment she said yes.. From the beginning I felt that it was hurting my hair. And there is no access to a therapist to treat my scalp. When I entered, it was very cold. I asked them to lower and raise the blinds. The air conditioner turned towards the bed. I covered myself with a sheet, and yet it was cold in the middle of the treatment. I told the therapist that I was very cold and uncomfortable and I was cramping. The treatment is in the middle and I told her that I don't like and don't like the treatment and this coldness over me. I choked on tears that my daughter tried so hard to make me feel good. Then the person in charge entered the room and said too bad you still have a lot of time left for the treatment, do a body massage. With no choice and helplessness I did and of course it wasn't that.. the body was not relaxed and calm.. it should be noted that the therapist was fine and made me understand that the treatment is indeed not suitable for someone who has an appendage. A day off and have a fun day..and the patient should be informed that she will leave with wet hair. And without make-up... you don't put a mask on an unclean face... and tell her that she will have to go home to wash and make up after the treatment. I'm disappointed that I've never had a case like this happen to me without any massage, really traumatized..

We came as a couple, one of us had a good nanny and the other a disappointing nanny. In addition, we entered the treatment 10 minutes late (due to the therapist's tardiness) but the treatment ended on time, which means they deducted 10 minutes from us. The worst was the attitude and service of the receptionist which was appalling and shameful. We were delayed about fifteen minutes at the exit due to a payment problem with the website from which we ordered. Finally we were told that everything was fine and we could leave. After about half an hour she called that an additional payment was required. I explained that I would return to her as I was in the middle of a meal. She then continued the messages in threatening and impolite language. We will definitely not return and will not recommend.
