We had a couples massage, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had recently. I'll start with the experience on the website, where because I changed the type of massage to deep tissue, the 60-minute option was reset to 45 minutes, and when I discovered this, it was no longer possible to change it. While my massage started off great on my back and quickly deteriorated to stroking all over the rest of my body (supposedly deep tissue), my wife felt like she was being randomly scribbled on her back in a painful and unpleasant way. We came here on a recommendation, and there's no doubt that was a mistake.

We booked 2 massages, a deep tissue massage at an additional cost and a classic massage, in fact, both massages were classic. The sauna in the hotel was not working, the jacuzzi was not working. We were allowed to come another day for the sauna and jacuzzi

The masseuses were excellent and professional. The place is charming, beautiful, clean and luxurious. The entire spa space is at a high level. Highly recommended.

Overall treatment was okay. They started with teflon on the specified date, the treatment was shorter due to missing minutes from the specified time. The sauna is not active even though they promised me about a month ago that the sauna would be in working order (in previous visits, patients complained that the sauna was not in working order and they were not told in advance).

Nice spa, very clean and relaxing. Parking, refreshments. Thanks to Khala from the reception who managed to arrange therapists in such a short time. The only downside was that we booked 2 therapists, one was good according to my wife and I had a therapist named Alona, Alona was less good, usually she did very very poorly and every now and then she was very painful so I didn't really enjoy it
