The masseurs were unprofessional. I only got a caress. I paid for an hour and a double massage called us ten minutes late and finished on time i.e. 50 minutes the showers are small and not clean. The toilet also had only one compartment in the women and no toilet paper.

I booked a couple spa for a good friend and me as a birthday present. Overall we had a good experience, the atmosphere was good the masseurs were lovely. The only thing that disappointed me was the hostess at the entrance who was not so kind, shouted out loud the price I paid (something I did not want the company I came with to know because it is a birthday present) and said I only paid for a couple massage without entering the pool and breakfast, even though I paid a respectable amount

Except for the masseuse who was good everything was on the face. I was deducted from the treatment the delay time, although if it was reversed and I had to wait for my turn 10 minutes they would not have added them to my treatment, right? There was no Jacuzzi as listed on the website !! And in the end they asked me for 120 shekels to enter the pool, even though the site explicitly states 75 shekels !! Just a terrible experience I would not recommend and certainly will not return myself. We arrived 4 women, an hour's drive from Ramat Gan, for a fun day and had to return without enjoying anything. Too bad for the day off we asked for work

Regarding the service: Not at all satisfied The clerk did not give a proper answer and did not direct us where to go "Go there" Where to go? Will we be called? We just had to ask patients. These therapists did not finish the massage until the end. Did not reach hands and did massage with only one leg. Regarding the therapist Daniel there are no complaints at all.
