Improvement Suggestion: The spa has a total of two showers. In my opinion, more showers and more toilets should be added. There is only one bathroom. In the waiting area for pending treatment, cookies can be added alongside the apples. Or dates. Not everyone likes the submitted apple strain. It is imperative to replace the storage cells that are locked manually and need to focus on the numbers that are inserted. What's more, the numbers are unstable and when you get a lower cell and have to lean on the floor to get the code in - it's not so pleasant. Not suitable for a place like the Carmel forests. Comfort in mind. Successfully

Service at the beef dinner was very slow and messy, was very busy and we were very disappointed we came with dance guests and there was no seating in the pool nor in an expensive and satisfying sun room !!!!

Cancel my order at the last minute, explaining that they didn't notice there was a large group. I made a reservation about a month and a half ago and still ruined the plans for 4 people. And you have the audacity to send me a questionnaire about how I was at the spa, which I have not been to you at all.

The hotel itself to issue one receptionist was just fine. We signed up for a fun day and the registration process at Spa Plus was appalling after we had already made a mistake in the order details and the conversation with the clerk at the registration desk was insulting "you inventor" whispered to me and her tone was insulting, scolding and made a horrible feeling.

Breakfast, pool food, pools and treatment and atmosphere are excellent. Note: The wardrobes and especially the showers were under all criticism. It is not desirable that in a quality spa and not cheap I and my wife each individually and without prior coordination, gave up a shower. The cabinets are also not very comfortable to use.

I came with a girlfriend for a fun day and we were very disappointed. We barely found parking after half an hour. Coffee only from 1pm in the paid lobby !!!! The amount we paid should have been included !!!! We've been elsewhere. Lunch was good but service poor. Slow, forgetting requests. Beer at NIS 32 !!!!!. In the lobby until they have brought the coffee to take at least 20 minutes. And not full of people. Surely we were disappointed. We will certainly not return or recommend.

Greetings. We ended up having a fun day with a girlfriend to celebrate a birthday. We were very disappointed with the parking. After half an hour we found and barely. 2.Coffee Coffee !!!! Just from 1pm shame. 3. Lunch was a good service - it was bad: it took time for them to come in (we were alone !!!). 4. Beer at a fee ??? 32 NIS !!! Yes, please note the massage therapy. We were in several places at such a price of NIS 720 at least coffee should be included. And beer at $ 32 !!!! (We were less than that and drinking coffee, wine, beer was free !!!). We will certainly not go back nor recommend.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This is my first time in the Carmel Forests and I was expecting a spa package so expensive to get the best of it. The toilets in the showers were dirty. I commented on it at the reception but they stayed that way. The showers were with hair, there were few compartments and there was no room to even put the bag when you wanted to get organized. Breakfast was good but I waited for coffee for almost 30 minutes and even when it came it was cold. When I asked to warm it, I had to wait another fifteen minutes. You serve tea and cold drinks, but in my opinion you can definitely serve a cookie or fruit, as is the case in other yoket places. In conclusion - I will not return to the Carmel forests. For 680 shekels, I was expecting a lot much more.

We paid a lot of money for a spa day in the Carmel Forest for my wife's birthday. We arrived around 9:30 am and really enjoyed the breakfast and the treatments. But at 11:30 am we got phones to reach our bald baby from the garden because it has high fever. We came straight to the spa and returned keys and said we had to run home fast. To our host's surprise, she said okay and left. We were quite shocked that in such a prestigious and welcoming place, no wonder and even ask for politeness what happened and why we run away this morning. We left the hotel quickly and felt very sour. We didn't even get to see the various pool and facilities, let alone enjoy them. An unpleasant feeling. We will not return there. Maya and Igor are happy.
