Let's start with the good, excellent massage, amazing therapist, the place is really bad, everything is old and disgusting. No lockers. No doors, no body soap, no place to hang clothes. Stinky toilets, just a shame.

The massage started 25 minutes late, the place was closed and I couldn't contact anyone, I called the phones at the entrance and they weren't available, after 25 minutes the therapists arrived, the treatment lasted 35 minutes instead of 45 minutes, very disappointed, thank you

The place itself is very old and is inside a shelter or basement of the hotel, you can't call it a spa it's just massage rooms. In terms of the massage itself, I was less connected, the massage was very strong and I like gentler, maybe those who like a strong massage will connect more. As far as the employees are concerned, they are very nice. I arrived and they offered me a drink. Very nice attitude. The place itself was less overall. It was nice.

We had a combined couples massage, a great experience. It is true that the place does not look luxurious, but I must mention that the nannies are very professional and do a simply wonderful job at a better level than many other places in Eilat.

The therapist was really good, very professional. It is not appropriate to call a place a spa, apart from a treatment room I have not seen anything else that reminds me of a spa. I arrived half an hour before to enter the sauna that was supposed to be there and the place was locked because the therapist was in the middle of a treatment.

It was a good massage if it wasn't a spa atmosphere in any way.. it's not related to the hotel so there was no convenient place to organize or put things or even a robe.. we had to change clothes in the dark in a cramped room we both couldn't really close the door till the end..

Under any criticism, the entrance to the spa is dirty and not inflated at all. There are no showers in the spa, and you can bathe in the shared showers belonging to the pool, without privacy in the shower. In the spa they only speak Russian, they don't understand a word of Hebrew or English. Simply - shame on the hotel in the State of Israel.

The complex barely gets one star... the water in the jacuzzi is lukewarm, the sauna is good, the complex is nothing in terms of design, old complex, basement floor, unpleasant smell of mold, but the nannies are professionals. The massage was very good.
