We have never suffered like this from a massage. It felt like they were against us. One did nothing and the other just told my wife how much she decides and she does whatever she wants. We paid a lot of money for a really disrespectful massage. A real disrespect for a person's intelligence and their money. So unpleasant, aggressive and intentionally done. In addition to the fact that every 5 minutes they stopped and were on the phone. What is the point of turning us around and not putting something in our eyes? That we see you showing each other pictures on the phone? Simply disrespect for the place itself. The lady at the reception is amazing and helped us with everything. A stunning and invested place. And everyone who works there gives their soul and all the respect to them. It's a shame that due to the overwhelming disgust and disrespect for the massage, we finished and left out of shame. Everything related to the massage is a disrespect for a person's money. And I will also make sure to get my money back. I will go as far as possible with the other girls from the massage.

I took a voucher for a spa that also included breakfast. At the meal I asked the cook to make an egg, after a few minutes I received sludge that looked unappealing. I chose not to complain to him. I took a water borax that was not fresh at all. There was only a sweet delicacy in the fridge and no selection at all. I left disappointed with the meal. After that I went to the pool where I did not see a lifeguard at all and it made me feel uncomfortable. I asked the receptionist about a lifeguard and then she pointed to a man wearing a black shirt without any sign of the words "lifeguard". It's really strange that he was the lifeguard! The massage was satisfactory but the shower was filthy. I will not return to the spa in Regva. It's a shame I chose this spa but I learned for the future. With great respect, Irit

Very low level of maintenance. Dining room was dirty and really disgusting to sit there. Spa was very unmaintained with broken floor and loose ledges with danger of falling and no lifeguard. And rust everywhere
