Was excellent, professional caregivers. We were in a double room and it was perfect. We were in January so it was impossible to get into the pool because it is outdoor and it was raining. The wardrobes are really small and there are only 2 showers with a really small area to get organized but very clean and tidy inside. Overall we really enjoyed and will definitely be back again.

I ordered a double massage package + breakfast The breakfast is simply excellent !!!! From the service to the variety of food. The massage was above expectations (my therapist was Shlomit the champion who was professional and attentive, I really enjoyed it !!!) The only downside was that the pool was not heated but it was not very noticeable. In conclusion, really recommend the package, worth the price.

Breakfast was served to the table (no buffet) and was delicious and plentiful (you can ask for anything more). Everything in the hotel is clean and beautiful and cozy and the service is great. The treatments were pleasant and the service was stunning. The staff insists on masks, which is nice. I will definitely be back here again!

This is not the first time we have had a fun day, but we were very disappointed with the breakfast and the cleanliness of the pool. I ordered shakshuka and got a lot of eggshells in it. We changed the dish and it took 20 minutes until we got it, not to mention the salads without the sauce we got. There was dirt around the pool from the day before. Wipes were thrown on the sunbeds, plates and glasses around the pool. There is no doubt that the level has dropped. The massage was excellent.

Hello, the place is very nice but at the reception we were told we were out of lockers and we would be back in an hour (!?!?) While the phone said we could get there before the treatment to enjoy the pool I asked for a big robe (like a man's size) and was told it was over because there were many people the day before. Sorry but for almost 1000 shekels I expect there will be lockers and robes available, also there is a load. Thanks

The massage was great however the stay at the spa was unpleasant; Large groups of women arrived and it was noisy and crowded with a small and bland waiting room. The sauna is located outside the spa rooms. The spa facilities are disappointing. There is no reason to pay a high price for outdated facilities.

An excellent breakfast is worth the price. High-level massage, helpful and attentive caregivers. Stunning hotel but it's less significant for a spa day. If I was doing a night there then it would be perfect but coming to a spa day is a bit lacking in more facilities like a heated pool for example for those who go in the winter. In the summer there is an option to use the pool and then it can really be perfect. Basket Everything recommends, also the price is definitely fair.

The caregivers were excellent, the place is not very pampering… lacks basic equipment that is always found in other spa places I have visited. (Bathing cap, extra towel, etc.) The reception in my opinion is lacking - someone from the reception should accompany the patient and show her the place, just a matter of providing service.

Was excellent, professional caregivers. We were in a double room and it was perfect. We were in January so it was impossible to get into the pool because it is outdoor and it was raining. The wardrobes are really small and there are only 2 showers with a really small area to get organized but very clean and tidy inside. Overall we really enjoyed and will definitely be back again.

Breakfast was wonderful as was the massage itself. But there was no pool and no hot tub. The locker was only given to us for 50 minutes and there was no key for the men ... we had to call a clerk to open it for us. Very disappointing to pay 900 shekels and get it.

I ordered a double massage package + breakfast The breakfast is simply excellent !!!! From the service to the variety of food. The massage was above expectations (my therapist was Shlomit the champion who was professional and attentive, I really enjoyed it !!!) The only downside was that the pool was not heated but it was not very noticeable. In conclusion, really recommend the package, worth the price.

We set a clear day and time. I went into the spa. My mother is waiting for her to be admitted as well and no one is admitted. After 20 minutes of unnecessary waiting she went to the reception and it turns out that she was put in for another hour of the day. Why? God knows. In the end they managed to put it in almost 40 minutes late. And the compensation? The compensation was a glass of champagne and dessert that was handed out for free upstairs. The wardrobes are very small and there were not enough lockers in place for both of us. We did not have a good experience and certainly not worth the money

Breakfast was served to the table (no buffet) and was delicious and plentiful (you can ask for anything more). Everything in the hotel is clean and beautiful and cozy and the service is great.
