The common spaces are very small and cramped. The treatment time is less than 50 minutes

For the price we paid we expected much more. A robe and robe are usually provided for the entire stay. We felt unwelcome. We asked to enter the gym and were told that every time you want to enter you have to call the guard at the pool, meaning if I need to evacuate during the workout then to enter again I have to call the guard. Why not give keys to the spa guests? feel really unwelcome. The massage itself was also very weak, although during the massage I asked several times to make it stronger. If you didn't have the pool then it's really not worth the price. We have been to many other places and paid much less and received more. Very disappointing and we will not be back.

A very big disappointment. We started a massage fifteen minutes after our time because one bed was wet. We got a massage for less than 50 minutes, I stayed busy and it was a bad massage and then we didn't have time to get dressed claiming that there was a massage after us even though our massage started fifteen minutes later. In general, it was very disappointing and not liberating and the cost compared to what we received was very high.

Really disappointed. My husband and I ordered a spa package before Passover, including breakfast, and I received a Passover breakfast, really disappointing. It's a shame they didn't let us know, and also that the hotel said that the meal on Shabbat is still within the scope of chametz. Really disappointed, thank you.

Hello. The therapist was excellent!! The spa and hotel are beautiful and clean. There was a problem during the treatment, we were drilled twice and there were terrible noises that we had to stop the treatment and the therapist came out to check. I am still waiting for a response/compensation from the spa.
