The masseuses are excellent, they work exceptionally well. The guest room is very old-fashioned, not luxurious, the refreshments are very poor, the drinks are not tasty and the champagne, which is a very cheap Muscat wine, is served in plastic cups.

My daughter and I arrived for her birthday. The breakfast was very mediocre, the salads were not fresh, I ordered an omelet that arrived completely raw and when I asked for a replacement, they said no problem, only that a new omelet did not arrive, only after I asked again after more than ten minutes did they apologize and bring a new omelet when we had already finished eating. Of course I did not eat it. The salmon was not fresh and after the meal my daughter had a stomach ache from the food. We entered the spa 10 minutes early, but they let us in for a massage 5 minutes late and cut us by 5 minutes.

The hotel facilities greatly affect the experience and add to it. When the pool is closed, the spa is relatively sparse and I would recommend it less. Another important thing to note - the robes given out in the spa are really inappropriate - gray from washing or from the time they were worn, thin and terribly faded. It is very unpleasant to walk around in them and it hurts the feeling. The massage itself was excellent.

Reception and service Luca We didn't get the wine on time (only when leaving because we remembered). The location of the spa on the site is wrong and not directed to Dan Caesarea - we were almost late for the massage. I called and the girl at the reception was really rude and basically said - it's your problem. Customer service Luca The massage was nice.. The whole experience is not worth 1500 shekels. All the facilities were closed, except for the sauna, where you can't be in for more than ten minutes.. Short of your disappointment :)
