It was just fine. The shoulder massage was excellent and so was the entire facial treatment. I was missing a massage on my head/scalp specifically. Thanks to the two professional and lovely therapists?

I really enjoyed it, it was a good experience above expectations, the therapists were professional and very, in general, the entire service I received was excellent. I would definitely love to come again and pamper myself with you. What's more, the water and the room were a bit cold.

All the ladies on the staff were lovely. The place is small but cozy. I was expecting more of a professional head massage and it was more of a cosmetic hair treatment which was very pleasant and nice.

I had a pleasant experience. In my opinion, you should give up the "massage" with your hands. And do more with the device and water on your head. Also, the bed was cold. And the towels. I was very cold. Overall, I enjoyed it.

The treatment itself was nice, I might have enjoyed it more if I hadn't taken a day off and arrived twenty minutes early and was told that there was no therapist, but the main thing is that they took the entire payment from me straight away (while trying to charge me 100 NIS more before I fixed it). The treatment itself was delayed by half an hour because another therapist came, but they gave the impression that they weren't sure that a solution would be found at all. I thought they would make up for it with something, or that they would do a longer treatment, but in the end they just told me to leave through the back door because there was a treatment in the next room, and I didn't even feel like going back for tea. I was very disappointed with the whole attitude and that apart from apologizing, they didn't offer any compensation. I cried there from sheer nervousness and disappointment and the therapist saw it. It's a shame

Not worth the money you pay, relatively very expensive for the area and most of the treatment was dealing with water and not the scalp massage itself.
