We arrived with high expectations and left disappointed. First of all, it is important for me to note that the staff was courteous and pleasant, which is definitely something significant and positive. However, we were told in advance that this was a massage that included the head, shoulders, and the rest of the body, with the main emphasis on the head. In fact, the masseuse only touched the feet for 5–10 seconds at the beginning of the treatment, massaged the shoulders for about two minutes, and devoted the rest of the time almost exclusively to the head. During the treatment, a washer/dryer was running in the room, which is unacceptable in an environment that is supposed to be calm and relaxing. In addition, the room was cold, and my wife suffered from a stream of cold air on her face throughout the treatment. The whole idea of the treatment is the Japanese head bed with water, but in reality it was hardly used — only for rinsing the various types of shampoo. The masseuse devoted about a third of the treatment time to washing and cleaning the dishes she used, which created an unpleasant noise and left me just lying there waiting. There was almost no sense of professional technique or real massage — mostly brushes and an electric massage tool that made an annoying noise right next to the ear. Ultimately, it was a very lukewarm and unsatisfying experience, which certainly does not justify the inflated price charged for it. We would love to hear from you.

The treatment was disappointing. Apparently, scalp, hands, feet and neck, but none of it was as it should be. Also, a washing machine that works and spins during a relaxing treatment is very inappropriate... There was no chair to sit on to get ready before and after the treatment. The therapists brought us into the room without introducing themselves. There were no sitting areas to relax or drink something hot. In summary, very disappointing.

Hi, I debated a lot whether to write or not, but I said, what could it be? So, I scheduled a couples treatment for my husband and I for my birthday. Since I myself work in a head spa, I chose the place carefully and it was very important to me that it would be a recommended, professional place with a good atmosphere. I must say that I did not enjoy it at any stage of the massage. My husband and I were freezing. They covered us with a sheet!!!!! Of course we said we were cold - they turned off the air conditioner, but it was still cold in the room and the water was cold, and the therapist's hands were cold.. There was no concept of heating / hot towel / steam / hot stones!!! It was Wednesday, today is Saturday. I still have a cold. My hair was hard as straw after the treatment. I got home and immediately had to go in to wash it. What can I tell you... I was shocked that this was the experience I had on my birthday. We came especially from Ashkelon, and the truth? According to the advertisement and Instagram, I expected more.. I've had a head spa several times in my life. I know how you feel when you leave a head spa. It's a euphoria that accompanies you all day. It's supposed to be a super-sensory experience. It's a shame that's not what we experienced, not even a little bit. It was important to me to share and update since your opinion is important to you.

The massage itself was excellent and everyone was very nice. I did mind that there was a 20-minute delay, and that the treatment rooms were in the parking lot, so we heard noises/cars during a relaxing treatment.
