Upon arriving at the hotel, we received a warm and pleasant welcome from the entrance - the staff at the reception were courteous and welcoming. In the spa complex, the service representative welcomed us with a broad smile and an exceptionally personal attitude, she took care of every detail and created a particularly relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was wonderful - a rich selection, excellent quality and everything served with taste. The barista stood out in her personal attitude and smile - simply worthy of note and preservation. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was also an experience - excellent dishes, good service and a bartender who demonstrated genuine kindness and care. However, it is important to note a point for improvement - sometimes there was noise and loud phone calls from hotel employees near the guests. In a high-class hotel, I would have expected a calmer and quieter atmosphere, reflecting the impressive general standard of the place. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, quality service and excellent food. I would definitely be happy to return in the future after emphasis is also placed on the issue of silence in public spaces.

The place was not clean and maintained, there were no soaps in the showers, the jacuzzi did not have hot water, the wet sauna (Turkish bath) did not work and was not clean, in the hot pool (which was not hot) there were fire ants that stung us (evidence of lack of cleanliness and maintenance). The place looks good but there is a lack of small details and the high standards expected of a luxury hotel. The clock in the spa was not set and we almost lost the massage queue, there was no drinking water available or an active cooler. Breakfast was of a high standard with courteous staff. Especially the nice barista on the morning shift who took care of coffee and water, it was not nice to see a large presence of birds flying in the dining room that bit into our food while we went to get coffee. I hope a senior manager will review the feedback and learn from it to improve the experience for future guests. Anyway, thank you.

Dry food is not tasty, lacks vegetables and fresh things, everything was just dry and disrespectful, an unclean dining room with anemic service, with the money we paid we thought it would be a treat, we didn't even get a robe in the massage room, there is no atmosphere, light a candle... something... act like you care, they came in with wet swimsuits that froze, the air conditioner during the treatment ruined all the fun, the whole experience compared to the price is not worth anything
