The jacuzzi in the room was not suitable for a couple, one could barely fit in there. In addition, the fruit platter we received was not fresh and a large part of the fruit was simply inedible.

The place is beautiful, the massage was excellent, the other facilities are excellent. The breakfast was disappointing but overall we enjoyed it very much.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and booked a massage for 3:00 PM. About 15 minutes into the massage, a "meeting" began between a bride and groom who were staying at the hotel. The room where the massage was taking place was not isolated and the music played during the meeting was so loud that it simply took us and the therapists out of concentration completely. The therapists said there was nothing to do and it would be over soon, but the whole atmosphere was gone. Instead of enjoying and relaxing during the massage, we left more tense than we were when we arrived. The therapists are truly charming, the staff is nice and the place is beautiful, but if you know there is a meeting at a certain time, don't have a massage in the next room at that time. We paid quite a bit and left upset.

Everything was excellent, but there are points for improvement - we waited exactly half an hour for breakfast, which is quite a long time. After we got to the room, we saw that the fruit platter and champagne were not in the room, so we called to ask, we waited about fifteen minutes. If it had been in the room, it would have been nicer. I was very disappointed. My partner and I came to celebrate a year together. The website said there was a heated pool on the roof. The employees told me to go up to the pool. We ignored it. It's all stairs and there's no elevator. The entire floor above is closed. Furthermore, I scheduled a massage for me, a woman, and my partner, a man. They brought us two women, even though it wasn't what they scheduled. We only discovered this on the spot. It should be noted that I asked why there were two therapists and not a therapist and a therapist. They said that's how it is and there's nothing they can do about it. When I scheduled it, no one told me that there would be two therapists. So as soon as we arrived, we were pissed off. He felt uncomfortable. In addition, the pool is downstairs. All the confirmation there is noise from drilling, not pleasant at all. I was free to enjoy myself and what I got was terribly disappointed. I came to the reception and the woman there did not give compensation, did not provide proper service at all, she was unpleasant, disappointing.

I made an appointment for 12:00, they called me the next day and asked me to come early for 11:15, I confirmed. On the day of the massage, they called me as I was already on my way to your place, saying there was a problem and the masseuse was stuck with the car and needed to be moved to 1:45. I confirmed again. When I arrived, they asked for 2 masseuses instead of a male and female masseuse as I had ordered and it was confirmed. I agreed to that too, after I had already started the massage, a masseuse arrived and wanted to replace the one who had already started massaging… In short, an unpleasant feeling and a series of embarrassing mistakes. Unfortunately, I can no longer give you a good opinion, even though I have been a member of Spa Plus for many years…
