Excellent massage. I have not come across such a massage. Only the time was not close to 50 minutes according to what we closed in advance. Really sucks. Some people have it in their daily routine. For us, it's once a year... and scheduling a massage, as you know, takes money. There's a difference between a 45-minute, 30-minute massage and a 50-minute massage. It's a shame.

A really excellent massage, it's just a shame they weren't punctual. A person pays for a 50 minute massage and actually gets 42 43 minutes.. This is not just said, it's been tested and proven. And the final answer was that it takes 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there until you get organized. But we sat 5 minutes before the massage time waiting because of the times. So give 5 minutes more why 7 8 minutes less. This is critical for a ship that pays a lot of money and took a 50 minute massage and not 45 in advance. It's a shame that it falls because of this. The therapist was good, I felt that he was afraid to hurt me, so the massage level was medium to weak. I didn't feel the muscles loosen up. I had difficulty communicating since his Hebrew is not very good.

We missed the breakfast and they did not agree to reduce the amount of the payment - which is not a small amount. There is only a dry sauna in the spa complex, and it is also in the women's or men's toilets, so it is impossible for a couple to be there together. The pool on the 10th floor was like a tub and there was nowhere to sit so we gave up on that too. We had a massage that was excellent and that's it. Anyway, I don't think I'll be back
