The spa is well-maintained, clean, tidy, smells good, a great experience, the receptionists were professional, the masseuse was great. Too bad there is no jacuzzi. But the pool was also great. Thank you very much

Hi, the hotel was lovely and the therapist was lovely, but the atmosphere was not good. There was a lot of noise from outside. I didn't enjoy it as much as I expected and the treatment didn't justify the cost. There was also no background music. The room was not inviting at all and didn't have a spa atmosphere. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me to see what can be done with the price we paid.

Everything was excellent except that the air conditioning in the changing room and bathroom was not working and it was very difficult to get dressed and dry your hair in the heat. Excellent work by the team and thank you for that.

The hotel called to verify the reservation and the type of room we wanted, in fact did not provide the goods, did not respond, and so far no response, compensation or even a basic apology has been received. The receptionist chose to dismiss our feelings, to try to browse further.. A feeling of missing out compared to the quality of the facilities and the professional level of the masseuses. Quality? Yes, will we go back there? Under no circumstances.

The massage was amazing, really, a release for body and mind. The clerks were much less so... Really cold and practical attitude, no smile, no explanation or greeting, no sense of service. Even the person responsible for cleaning, when I asked her something, didn't even respond.

We had a perfect day! The place is very beautiful, the receptionist was pleasant and kind, a rich breakfast, a beautiful outdoor pool, luxurious sunbeds and a massage that was very pleasant. We felt like we had made a short trip to a resort abroad.

My wife and I go to the spa once every two weeks. The prices we encountered ranged from 600 NIS to 1,200 NIS. Your price was 1,630 NIS, which made me expect something special. Unfortunately - absolutely not! We will probably never meet again.
