The massage place is not inviting. There is no proper waiting area and after the massage there is no place to relax. The massage was excellent.

The masseurs themselves were good and professional. Attentive, and pleasant. They worked exceptionally well!!! Thank you very much! As for the place itself - "as a professional spa" the experience is really, really, really uninviting!! The waiting hall is cold and unkempt, without any design aspect, without the familiar smell of a "spa", music that is connected to a speaker on the floor in an amateurish way, does not create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There is no design / no waiting area "that prepares you for the massage". Even after the massage - I would have expected a relaxation room where you could rest a little and continue the relaxation. There is no basic drinking area, beyond a cold water device, with a sleeve for cups, which were also under the shelf in their bag. The rooms themselves, "cold and unkempt" without the familiar feel of a spa, without design, and dim lights that add to the atmosphere, I would not define them as "treatment rooms". For a hotel with a good name like "Ramat Rachel", I would have expected a comprehensive spa experience, and not just "professional" masseurs. With a little work and a little investment, you can elevate the spa/massage experience to several levels!!! Too bad... Of course, this review is intended to promote and improve, and not, God forbid, to diminish.

The massage was simply excellent, professional, relaxing and pampering at a very high level! I would like to especially mention the therapist Olga, who was amazing, professional, kind and had golden hands! She gave me perfect treatment and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I enjoyed every moment, I will definitely come back again! Highly recommend! ❤️

Nofar was excellent, she checked my requests at the beginning of the treatment and during it she checked that I was in good condition. There is no champion for her.

Opinion - Under any criticism, I was put in a small room in a warehouse with a black fence and a border and a mop and cleaning materials are crowded and I can't move, so I didn't agree to receive treatment. I asked for another room and was told by Alon that there are renovated rooms downstairs and they are intended for couples, while the warehouse I received is for a single person. I asked for a credit but was denied. Do you call a warehouse like this a spa room? Disgusting, I probably won't go there and neither will the friends around me. Humiliating and ugly behavior.

To you my dears, I have no words, I simply admire everything you do there at the spa. It is noticeable how much your giving is in every square meter, clean and tidy, with an air of calm that is not found everywhere, and for that, you will be blessed, beloved, just like that, to a therapist who I don't think has a second, wow, I feel really new professionally on an inexplicable level. I had fun, and a pleasure, receiving this kind of treatment, asking and blessing her because she deserves it. I may ask her again if it works out on the next order. It's really short because you deserve all the blessings for continued success. It's nice to sit with you and see the clients before and after, talking with a special light on their faces, a look that is not seen everywhere. You will understand that this is you, and you are the place. Thank you again with respect for the hospitality. We will be heard and will return of course in the name of God, without a vow, may continued blessings and success be upon you, Amen.
