The spa doesn't feel like a spa, there's no fun day vibe with atmosphere. The massage with Olga was good. The location is part of a country that you have to move from place to place in the cold, not to mention there are no robes or slippers.

A chaotic place. Reception, massage room, jacuzzi, sauna, everything belongs to the country. Between floors, passages are dirty, noisy from families. No robes, worn towels we barely received. It doesn't look at all like the advertising and the photos on the website. And the therapist came as if he had just returned from a jog and, worst of all, he hurt me during the treatment. I suffered every moment there and I will never go back.

This is not a spa, it's a lie. According to the advertisement on the place's website, it's a spa immersed in greenery, quiet and pastoral. In reality, the "spa" is located in a country house full of children and families, crowded, noisy and dirty. The saunas are country-style, crowded, noisy and dirty. The same goes for the jacuzzi and changing rooms. The "spa" has no seating area and no private changing rooms. It only has 2 treatment rooms, and the noise from outside penetrates them too. When we arrived at the place, after the initial market, we went up to Daniel, the manager, and asked for robes. He said he was out of them. Excuse me!? You run a spa and don't have robes for people who booked a week in advance?? Only after I raised my voice at him did he say he would go get them from the hotel next door. I waited for him for 20 minutes and the robes he brought were old, thin and worn. Well, what could I have expected? This place is not immersed in greenery, it is immersed in lies, noise, and the filth of families coming to an urban country. This is fraud and misrepresentation, and Daniel is lucky that I am not suing him for all of this. I leave it to God to do justice to this fraudster.

The massage was okay, we had a couples massage, it's a shame we didn't inform you in advance that it was taking place in the same room. The area is shared with the local country club members, so the place is very busy. The jacuzzi is very small relative to the number of people. The robes are very thin and not made of towel fabric, so they don't absorb water, get wet quickly and don't warm up.
